اثر کارآفرینی سازمانی بر جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان ادارات تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران

چکیده
هدف از این تحقیق تعیین اثر کارآفرینی سازمانی بر جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان ادارات تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران بود که با روش تحقیق توصیفی- پیمایشی و به‌صورت میدانی اجرا شد. جامعۀ تحقیق کلیۀ کارکنان ادارات تربیت‌بدنی استان مازندران ( 176 نفر) بودند. نمونۀ تحقیق برابر با جامعه در نظر گرفته شد (176n=). به‌منظور جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامۀ کارآفرینی سازمانی (OEQ)، پرسشنامۀ جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی (OSQ) و پرسشنامۀ تعهد سازمانی (OCQ) استفاده شد. از آمار توصیفی و مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با تأکید بر نرم‌افزار AMOS/18 برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده­ها استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که کارآفرینی سازمانی با ضریب مسیر (36/0PC=) بر جامعه‌پذیری سازمانی و با ضریب مسیر (38/0PC=) بر تعهد سازمانی اثرگذار است. همچنین جامعه‌پذیری با ضریب مسیر (26/0PC=) بر تعهد سازمانی اثرگذار است. به‌صورت کلی کارآفرینی سازمانی نقش مهمی در تعیین جامعه‌پذیری و تعهد سازمانی کارکنان ادارات تربیت‌بدنی دارد.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to determine the effect of organizational entrepreneurship on organizational socialization and organizational commitment in employees of physical education departments of Mazandaran province. This study was a descriptive field survey. The statistical population consisted of all employees of physical education departments of Mazandaran province (N=176). The sample was equal to the statistical population. In order to collect data, organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire (OEQ), organizational socialization questionnaire (OSQ) and organizational commitment questionnaire (OCQ) were used. Descriptive statistics and structural equation modeling (SEM) were used to analyze the data with an emphasis on Amos/18 software. The results showed that organizational entrepreneurship influenced organizational socialization (PC=0.36) and organizational commitment (PC=0.38). Also, organizational socialization influenced organizational commitment (PC=0.26). Generally, organizational entrepreneurship played an important role in determining organizational socialization and organizational commitment in employees of physical education departments.
