چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین مدل عملکرد شغلی و دستیابی به اهداف در زمینۀ اثربخشی سمن‌های ورزشی با نقش میانجی جو اخلاقی در کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان خراسان جنوبی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش را تمامی اعضای سمن‌ها و کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان خراسان جنوبی به تعداد 550 نفر تشکیل دادند. نمونۀ آماری طبق جدول مورگان 225 نفر به شیوۀ تصادفی در دسترس انتخاب شد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش به روش میدانی از پرسشنامۀ استاندارد عملکرد شغلی هرسی و گلداسمیت (2009)، پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ میزان دستیابی به اهداف اصغری در میان و صفایی (1398)، پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساختۀ سنجش اثربخشی فعالیت سمن‌های ورزشی اصغری در میان و صفایی (1398) و پرسشنامۀ استاندارد جو اخلاقی سازمان ویکتور و کلون (۱۹۸۷) استفاده شد. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها در یک آزمون مقدماتی با 30 آزمودنی و با آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامۀ عملکرد شغلی 92/0، دستیابی به اهداف 87/0، فعالیت سمن‌های ورزشی 95/0 و جو اخلاقی 92/0 به‌دست آمد. تحلیل داده‌ها با روش‌های آماری توصیفی و استنباطی، آزمون کولموگروف-اسمیرنوف و روش تحلیل مسیر با نرم‌افزار اس.پی.اس.اس نسخۀ 22 و لیزرل 8/8 انجام گرفت. نتایج نشان داد مدل پیشنهادی پ‍ژوهش از برازش مطلوب برخوردار است. همچنین جو اخلاقی ارتباط بین فعالیت سمن‌های ورزشی با عملکرد شغلی و دستیابی به اهداف را در ادارات ورزش و جوانان خراسان جنوبی، میانجی‌گری می‌کند. ازاین‌رو توصیه می‌شود با خلق فضای عادلانه و اخلاقی در ادارات ورزش و جوانان زمینۀ رشد بیشتر این نهادها در جامعه فراهم شود.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to develop a model of job performance and achieve the goals in relation to the effectiveness of sports NGO with the mediating role of Moral atmosphere in the staff of sports departments and youth of South Khorasan. The statistical population of the study consisted of all NGO employees and employees of sports and youth departments of South Khorasan province with 550 people. The statistical sample was selected according to Morgan table 225 people with randomly available method. In order to collect research data by field method from the standard job performance questionnaire of Harsi and Goldsmith (2009), researcher-made questionnaire on achieving goals of Asghari Darmian and Safaei (2019), researcher-made questionnaire to measure the effectiveness of Asghari Darmian and Safaei Measuring the effectiveness of Activity of sports NGO (2019) and The standard questionnaire for the Moral atmosphere of the Victor and Clone Organization is (2). Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistical methods, Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and Path Analysis Method with SPSS software version 22 and Lizzrel 8.8. The results showed that the proposed research model has a good fit. Also, the Moral atmosphere mediates the relationship between the activities of sports NGO and job performance and achieving goals in the sports and youth departments of South Khorasan. Therefore, it is recommended to create a fair and moral atmosphere in sports and youth departments to provide the ground for further growth of these institutions in society.
