شناسایی ابعاد و شاخص‌های ارزیابی هیئت‌ مدیره باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای فوتبال

چکیده
با توجه به اهمیت نقش هیئت‌مدیره در عملکرد باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای، هدف این پژوهش تعیین ابعاد و شاخص­های ارزیابی هیئت‌مدیره باشگاه­های ورزشی فوتبال می‌باشد. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه صاحب‌نظران در زمینه باشگاه­داری بودند. نمونه آماری پژوهش 154 نفر از مدیران و کارشناسان فوتبال، اعضای هیئت‌علمی تربیت‌بدنی، کارشناسان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان و آشنا به مسائل فوتبال بودند که به روش هدفمند و در دسترس انتخاب شدند. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته و شامل ۶۴ گویه بود که بر اساس و مرور مبانی و پیشینه تدوین گردید. جهت بررسی روایی محتوای پرسشنامه از نظر 10 متخصص ورزشی استفاده گردید و پایایی ابزار با استفاده از روش آلفای کرونباخ (97/0) و روایی سازه تأیید شد. نتایج تحلیل ضریب مسیر، نشان داد هر هفت بعد ارزیابی هیئت‌مدیره تأثیر معنی‌داری بر ارزیابی عملکرد هیئت‌مدیره دارند که به ترتیب اولویت تعامل محیطی و ارتباطات بیشترین نقش را با تبیین 92 درصد، بعد نظارت و کنترل 91 درصد، مدیریت منابع سازمانی 88 درصد، مدیریت مالی 87 درصد، مدیریت تغییر 84 درصد، خودسازمان‌دهی هیئت‌مدیره 81 درصد و در نهایت بعد استراتژی و برنامه­ریزی 79 درصد از تغییرات ارزیابی هیئت‌مدیره را تبیین می‌کنند. ضمناً پنج شاخص مهم ارزیابی هیات مدیره به ترتیب شامل جهت حفظ بازیکنان باکیفیت، انتخاب اعضای شایسته برای واحدهای تخصصی، جانشین پروری و شایسته‌سالاری، تعداد جلسات در سال، مدیریت حاشیه‌های تیم و در نهایت انتخاب مدیرعامل شایسته بودند؛ بنابراین در ارزیابی هیئت‌مدیره باشگاه‌های فوتبال، ارتباطات محیطی و تعامل با محیط بیرونی باشگاه و مدیریت منابع انسانی باشگاه اهمیت و اولویت بیشتری دارند.

چکیده English

In regard to role of board of director’s performance in determining club performance, the purpose of this research is determination of performance evaluation dimensions in succer clubs board of directors. Statistical population included all experts in field of clubs management. Statistical sample of research was 154 of succer managers and experts, physical education faculty members, the experts in young and general offices that were familiar to succer.The research instruments of researcher-made questionnaire was in basis of litereature riview, and for considering context validity of questionnaire was used from 10 experts’ view. The instrument reliability was confirmed by alpha Cronbakh method (0.97) and factor validity in PLS software. According to factor analysis results was realized that each 7 dimensions performance evaluation board of directors has direct and significant relationship with performance evaluation board of directors. The five most important indicators of board evaluation were respectively to retain high quality players, selecting appropriate members for specialized units, successor and meritocracy, number of meetings per year, managing team margins, and finally selecting the appropriate manager. Therefore, they are more important in evaluating the management of football clubs, environmental communication and interacting with the club's external environment, and the club's human resources management.
