ارائۀ مدل تبیین رابطۀ فرایندهای مدیریت دانش با تفکر استراتژیک

چکیده
 
هدف از این پژوهش ارائۀ مدلی از رابطۀ فرایندهای مدیریت دانش با تفکر استراتژیک در ادارۀ کل ورزش و جوانان استان البرز بود. پژوهش حاضر از نظر روش گردآوری داده­ها توصیفی، از نظر هدف کاربردی و از حیث ارتباط بین متغیرهای پژوهش از نوع علی بود. روش انجام پژوهش نیز به‌صورت پیمایشی بود. بدین منظور با بررسی پیشینۀ پژوهش، متغیرهای پژوهش شناسایی شدند، سپس مدل اولیۀ پژوهش طراحی و براساس آن پرسشنامه­ای ساخته شد و روایی آن توسط جمعی از صاحب‌نظران دانشگاهی و از طریق تکنیک تحلیل عاملی تأیید شد و پس از تعیین پایایی در اختیار جامعۀ آماری قرار گرفت. داده­های جمع‌آوری‌شده با نرم‌افزار لیزرل تجزیه‌وتحلیل شد و نتایج نشان داد که بین فرایندهای مدیریت دانش، شامل تولید دانش، تسهیم دانش، به‌کارگیری و ذخیرۀ دانش، با تفکر استراتژیک در جامعۀ مورد مطالعه ارتباط وجود دارد.

چکیده English

 The aim of this study was to design a model on the relationship of knowledge management processes with strategic thinking in Sport and Youth general office in Alborz province. The study used a descriptive approach in terms of data collection, applied with regard to aims and casual in terms of the relationship of research variables which was carried out as a field study. After a review of the related literature, the variables were identified. Then, the primary model was designed, a questionnaire was prepared and its validity was confirmed by some university experts using factor analysis; it was distributed among the statistical population after its reliability was determined. The collected data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed a relationship between knowledge management processes including knowledge generation, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilization and knowledge storage and strategic thinking
