Abstract

 The aim of this study was to design a model on the relationship of knowledge management processes with strategic thinking in Sport and Youth general office in Alborz province. The study used a descriptive approach in terms of data collection, applied with regard to aims and casual in terms of the relationship of research variables which was carried out as a field study. After a review of the related literature, the variables were identified. Then, the primary model was designed, a questionnaire was prepared and its validity was confirmed by some university experts using factor analysis; it was distributed among the statistical population after its reliability was determined. The collected data were analyzed using Lisrel software. The results showed a relationship between knowledge management processes including knowledge generation, knowledge sharing, knowledge utilization and knowledge storage and strategic thinking
