ارتباط سبک رهبری خدمتگزار مربیان با کارامدی تیمی و رضایت‌مندی ورزشکاران لیگ برتر هندبال ایران

هدف این پژوهش بررسی ارتباط سبک رهبری خدمتگزار مربیان با کارامدی تیمی و رضایت‌مندی ورزشکاران لیگ برتر هندبال مردان ایران بود. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود که با استفاده از پرسشنامه‌های استاندارد رهبری خدمتگزار، کارامدی تیمی و رضایت‌مندی ورزشکار انجام گرفت. ورزشکاران دوازده تیم لیگ برتر هندبال مردان (216 نفر) در سال 1390 جامعۀ آماری تحقیق بودند که 105 پرسشنامه به‌طور تصادفی جمع‌آوری و با استفاده از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون، مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری و تحلیل مسیر تجزیه‌و‌تحلیل شد. نتایج حاکی از آن بود که رهبری خدمتگزار با کارامدی تیمی و رضایت‌مندی ورزشکاران ارتباط مثبت و معنا‌داری دارد، اما کارامدی تیمی با رضایت‌مندی ورزشکاران ارتباط معنا‌داری را نشان نداد. همچنین از بین سه خرده‌مقیاس رهبری، فقط خرده‌مقیاس اعتماد بر رضایت‌مندی و خرده‌مقیاس‌های خدمت‌رسانی و فروتنی بر کارامدی تیمی تأثیر مستقیم و معنادار داشتند. کلیۀ شاخص‌های برازش دو مدل نیز نشان‌ از برازش مطلوب مدل دارند.

The Relationship of Coaches’ Servant Leadership Style with Team Efficacy and Athlete Satisfaction in Iran Handball Super League

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship of coaches’ servant leadership style with team efficacy and male athlete satisfaction in Iran handball super league. The research method was descriptive-correlation conducted by standard questionnaires of Servant Leadership, Team Efficacy and Athlete Satisfaction. The population of this study consisted of male players of 12 handball super league teams (N=216) in 2011. 105 questionnaires were collected randomly and analyzed using Pearson correlation coefficient, Structural Equation Modeling and path analysis. Findings indicated that servant leadership had a positive and significant relationship with team efficacy and athlete satisfaction but team efficacy did not show any significant relationship with athlete satisfaction. Also, among three subscales of leadership, only 'trust' subscale had a direct and significant effect on satisfaction and 'service' and 'humility' subscales had a direct and significant effect on team efficacy. All fit indexes of the two models showed a good fit of the data.
