چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر پیش‌بینی مشارکت دانش‌آموزان از طریق سبک رهبری دبیران تربیت بدنی با بررسی نقش میانجی رضایت و انگیزه بود. روش تحقیق توصیفی ـ همبستگی و از نظر هدف کاربردی بود و به شکل میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی دانش‌آموزان مقطع متوسطۀ شهر شاهین‌دژ در سال تحصیلی 97-98 بود. نمونه‌های تحقیق با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای 400 نفر از بین دانش‌آموزان دختر و پسر انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه‌های مقیاس رهبری در ورزش چلادورای و صالح (1980)، انگیزۀ ورزشی ریان و همکاران (1997) رضایت‌مندی ورزشکاران چلادورای و ریمر (1988) و مشارکت ورزشی بیتن و همکاران (2011) استفاده شد. به‌منظور ارائۀ مدل تحقیق، همچنین برقراری روایی همگرایی و واگرایی از نرم‌افزار ام‌پلاس استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که سبک رهبری دموکراتیک و بازخورد مثبت نقش مهمی در ایجاد انگیزۀ ورزشی و افزایش رضایت دانش‌آموزان دارد. همچنین نتایج نقش میانجی انگیزۀ ورزشی و رضایت را در رابطۀ بین سبک‌های رهبری دبیران ورزش و مشارکت ورزشی دانش‌آموزان برجسته کرد.

The Predicting of Students’ Psychological Involvement in the Sport Through the Leadership Style of Sports Teachers: The Mediating Role of Satisfaction and Sports Motivation

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was the prediction of sports involvement of students through leadership style of physical education teachers with investigation the mediating role of satisfaction and sports motivation. The research method was descriptive - correlational; in terms of objectives, it was an applied research conducted through a field study. Statistical population of this study included all the High school students in Shahindezh in the 97-98 academic year. The number of samples in this research was determined using a cluster sampling method and 242 individuals were sampled among male and female students. To collect the data, leadership scale for sport of Chelladurai and Saleh (1980), sports motivation of Ryan et al. (1997), athletes' satisfaction of Chelladurai and Riemer (1988) and sports involvement of Beaton et al. (2011) questionnaires were used. In order to present the research model, and convergence and divergence validity, the Mplus software was applied. The results showed that democratic and positive feedback leadership styles play an important role in creating sports motivation and increasing student satisfaction. Also, the results highlighted the mediating role of sports motivation and satisfaction in the relationship between leadership styles of sports teachers and sports involvement of student.
