چکیده
مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش مدیریت شهری و فرهنگ‌پذیری دوچرخه‌سواری همگانی در توسعۀ پایدار شهری بود.
روش پژوهش: روش پژوهش همبستگی با رویکرد مدل معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش شامل شهروندان تهرانی عضو سامانة بیدود (409/215N=)ر دورة زمانی 12 ماهه بود که 319 نفر به روش نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای-تصادفی به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از سه پرسشنامه استفاده شد. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عامل اکتشافی و تأییدی، تأیید شد. همچنین پایایی با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ برای هر سه پرسشنامه بالای 7/0 به‌دست آمد. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی برای طبقه‌بندی داده‌ها و در آمار استنباطی از آزمون‌های همبستگی پیرسون در نرم‌افزار SPSS و مدلسازی معادلات ساختاری در نرم‌افزار AMOS استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: براساس نتایج مدل پژوهش مشخص شد که مدیریت شهری بر توسعۀ پایدار و فرهنگ‌پذیری شهروندان و فرهنگ‌پذیری بر توسعۀ پایدار شهری اثر مثبت معناداری داشتند. همچنین مشاهده شد که فرهنگ‌پذیری شهروندان در ارتباط بین مدیریت شهری و توسعۀ پایدار شهری نقش میانجی دارد.
نتیجه‌گیری: نتایج پژوهش حاضر بر لزوم تقویت شاخص‌هایی مانند زیرساخت‌ها، تسهیلات، زیبایی‌شناختی، فرهنگی، امنیت، جامعه‌پذیری و تمایز جغرافیایی در سیاستگذاری‌های آتی استفادة شهروندان از دوچرخه به‌منظور دستیابی به اهداف توسعۀ پایدار شهری به‌ویژه محیط زیست پایدار و سلامت شهری تأکید دارد.

The Role of Urban Management and Citizens' Acculturation of Public Cycling on Sustainable Urban Development

چکیده English

Introduction: This study aimed to investigate the role of urban management and cultural adoption of public cycling on sustainable urban development.
Methods: The research method was correlation by applying structural equation model approach. The statistical population of the research included Tehran's citizens who were the members of the BDOOD system (N=215/409).  Finally, 319 people were selected as the sample using cluster-random sampling.  These participants were studied in a period of 12 months. To collect data, three questionnaires were used.  The face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by the related experts using exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Also, the reliability was obtained above 0.7 using Cronbach's alpha for all three questionnaires. To analysis data, descriptive statistics were used for data classification, and in inferential statistics, Pearson correlation tests were used in SPSS software and structural equation modeling was utilized in AMOS software.
Results: Based on the results, it was found that urban management had a significant positive effect on sustainable development and acculturation of citizens and acculturation on sustainable urban development. It was also observed that citizens' acculturation plays a mediating role in the relationship between urban management and sustainable urban development.
Conclusion: The results emphasize the need to strengthen indicators such as infrastructure, facilities, aesthetics, culture, security, sociability and geographical differentiation in the future policies of citizens' using bicycles in order to achieve the goals of sustainable urban development, especially sustainable environment and urban health
