بررسی نقش ابعاد حکمرانی خوب در تبیین توسعة منابع انسانی ادارات ورزش و جوانان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی نقش ابعاد حکمرانی خوب در تبیین توسعة منابع انسانی ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی ـ همبستگی است که به شکل میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعة آماری پژوهش تمامی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان بودند (252=N) که از بین آنها 151 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشه‌ای به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده‌ها پس از تأیید روایی و پایایی از پرسشنامه‌های حکمرانی خوب و توسعة منابع انسانی استفاده شد. داده‌ها به کمک روش حداقل مربعات جزئی تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد که شش مؤلفة حکمرانی خوب یعنی نتیجه‌گرایی، اثربخشی نقش‌ها و وظایف، ارتقای ارزش‌ها، شفاف‌سازی، ظرفیت‌سازی و پاسخگویی بر توسعة منابع انسانی ادارات ورزش و جوانان تأثیر مستقیم و معنادار دارد. با توجه به یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر به مسئولان ادارات ورزش و جوانان توصیه می‌شود که بسترهای لازم را برای پیاده‌سازی اصول الگوی حکمرانی خوب به‌منظور توسعة منابع انسانی در این ادارات فراهم آورند.
