چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، معرفی ابزار ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بود. روش انجام پژوهش روش آمیخته بود که ترکیبی از روش‌های کیفی و کمی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کارشناسان دفتر ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون‌های ورزشی در وزارت ورزش و جوانان (10نفر)، رؤسا، ارزیاب‌ها و دبیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی کشور (100نفر) و نخبگان دانشگاهی که در زمینۀ مدیریت و ارزیابی عملکرد در ورزش کار پژوهشی انجام داده‌اند (50 نفر)، بودند که تعداد نمونه تا حد رسیدن به اشباع نظری برای مصاحبه ادامه یافت و برای بخش تحلیل عاملی تأییدی روش نمونه‌گیری به شکل کل‌شمار بود که در این قسمت 130پرسشنامه جمع‌آوری شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها در بخش آمار استنباطی از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی با به‌کار بردن نرم‌افزارهای SPSS22 و SmartPLS3 استفاده شد. 124 سؤال در قالب 32 زیرمعیار و 9 معیار رهبری (18سؤال)، راهبرد (13سؤال)، منابع انسانی (17سؤال)، مشارکت‌ها و منابع (17سؤال)، فرایندها، محصولات و خدمات (18سؤال)، نتایج مشتریان (12سؤال)، نتایج منابع انسانی (11سؤال)، نتایج جامعه (7 سؤال) و نتایج کلیدی (11سؤال) طبقه‌بندی شدند. نتایج نشان داد پرسشنامۀ ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون‌های ورزشی ابزار و چارچوب نظری مناسب ارزیابی عملکرد سازمانی در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی است؛ پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران و پژوهشگران مدیریت ورزشی با استفاده از این پرسشنامه به ارزیابی عملکرد فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بپردازند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to introducing performance appraisal questionnaire for sports federations. The research method was a mixed method that combines qualitative and quantitative methods. Population of study was experts assessing the performance of sports federations at the Ministry of Sport (10 people), heads, evaluators and Secretaries of the sports federation in Iran (100 people) and University elite who have done research in the field of management and performance evaluation in sport (50 people). The number of samples continued to reach the theoretical saturation for the interview (25people). In the quantitative phase, 130 questionnaires were collected. In order to analyze the data, confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using SmartPLS3 software were used. 124 questions were categorized into 32 sub-criteria and 9 criteria that included: Leadership (18 questions), Strategy (13 questions), Human resources (17 questions), Partnership and Resources (17 questions), Processes, Products and Services (18 questions), Customer Results (12 questions), Human resources Results (11 questions), Society Results (7 questions) and Key Results (11 questions). The results of this study showed that the performance appraisal (evaluation) questionnaire of sports federations is an appropriate theoretical framework and tool for evaluating organizational performance in sports federations. It is suggested that managers and researchers in sport management use this questionnaire to evaluate the performance of sports federations.
