چکیده

هدف اساسی از مدیریت و برنامة آمـایش سـرزمین توزیـع فعالیت‌های اقتصـادی، اجتماعی، جمعیتی و ظرفیت‌های آشکار و پنهان با توجه به تحـولات و دگرگونی‌های زمـان و نیازهاست. با توجه به اینکه تعیین مکان بهینة ورزشی از وظایف مهم برنامه‌ریزان و تصمیم‌گیرندگان شهری است، تحقیق حاضر با این هدف انجام گرفت که توزیع فضایی اماکن ورزشی با استفاده از سیستم اطلاعات جغرافیایی تجزیه‌وتحلیل شود و با توجه به اطلاعات حاصل، الگوی مطلوب اماکن ورزشی به‌دست آید. تحقیق حاضر، توصیفی - تحلیلی و از نوع کاربردی است که به شیوة میدانی در محدودة مطالعاتی کلانشهر کرج انجام پذیرفت. نمونة مطالعاتی شامل استخرهای سرپوشیدة موجود با کاربری عمومی (27 مورد) بود. در تجزیه‌وتحلیل یافته‌ها، معیارهای مکان‌یابی به شیوة تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی ارزش‌گذاری شد، سپس بانک اطلاعات جغرافیایی در نرم‌افزار GIS تشکیل و با استفاده از تابع همپوشانی لایه‌ها مطابق وزن نسبی (حاصل از مقایسات زوجی) محدودة مطالعاتی تحقیق به پنج سطح تقسیم‌بندی شد و سپس موقعیت هر کدام از استخرهای سرپوشیده نسبت به این طیف پنج‌سطحی سنجیده شد. در پایان مناطقی که در طیف بسیار مناسب قرار داشتند، به‌عنوان اماکن مناسب به‌منظور احداث اماکن ورزشی جدید معرفی شدند. نتایج نشان داد که توزیع فضایی- مکانی بیشتر استخرهای شهر کرج مساعد و مناسب است، در نهایت مطابق نتایج تحقیق 11 مکان مناسب به‌منظور احداث استخرهای ورزشی معرفی شد.

چکیده [English]

The main objective of land management and planning is to distribute economic, social, demographic and hidden and capacious processes according to changes in time and needs. Determination the optimal location for sport places is an important task of urban planners and decision-makers, this study was conducted with the purpose of the spatial distribution of sports venues by using geographic information system and according to the data, obtain desired pattern for new sports venues. This study was descriptive- analytic and applied that by the field method was carried out in the study Karaj metropolis was conducted fieldwork area. Study includes indoor swimming pools available for public (27 cases). In analyzing the metrics, analysis of hierarchical location was valued. The geo reference of geographical data in the GIS software Formed, Using the overlay function layers based on the relative weight (derived from pairwise comparisons), research study area was divided into five levels, and the position of each of the indoor swimming pools over the whole surface was measured. At the end the areas that were in pretty good range introduced as places for construction of new sport facilities. The results showed that spatial distribution of Karaj pools is more favorable and appropriate. Finally based on results, introduced 11 locations for construction of new pools.
