چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحلیل ابعاد هم‌افزایی عملکرد مدیریتی در توسعه و توانمندسازی فدراسیون‌های ورزشی است. پژوهش حاضر کاربردی و توصیفی همبستگی است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش 50 نفر از مدیران فدراسیون‌های ورزشی بودند و به‌صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزار اصلی پژوهش پرسشنامۀ محقق‌‌‌ساختۀ هم‌افزایی ‌براساس مطالعات باتمان (2002) در خصوص هم‌افزایی تیمی و مطالعات ایوانز و جارویس (1986) در خصوص گروه‌گرایی و مطالعات لاک و کرافورد (2000) و سونگ (2008) در خصوص توسعۀ سازمانی بود که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن با استفاده از نظر خبرگان مدیریت ورزشی و روایی سازه با استفاده از تحلیل عاملی تأییدی و پایـایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (93/0) تعیـین شد. یافته‌های پژوهش با استفاده از معادلات ساختاری و تکنیک‌های آماری نشان ‌داد که تعامل و همکاری با ضریب مسیر (81/0)، مشارکت (76/0)، شبکه (76/0)، اعتماد (75/0)، شناخت (73/0) و تسهیل‌گری (71/0) تأثیر مثبت، مستقیم و مؤثری در توسعۀ فدراسیون‌های ورزشی دارند. بنابراین، چهار ستون‌ اصلی توسعۀ فدراسیون‌های ورزشی شامل راهبردها، استفاده مؤثر از فناوری‌های نوین، مهندسی مجدد ساختار تشکیلاتی با رویکرد چابک‌سازی فدراسیون و در نهایت اصلاح فرهنگ و هنجارها با هدف توازن میان راهبردها و نگرش جامعۀ ورزشی، با هم‌افزایی، قابل حصول‌تر، کم‌هزینه‌تر و سریع‌تر خواهد شد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to analyze the dimensions of the synergy of management performance in the development and empowerment of sport federations. This study was applied and descriptive-correlation. The statistical population included 50 managers of sport federations who were selected by purposive sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed based on the Batman (2002) studies on team synergy, the studies of Evans and Jarvis’ group tendency (1986) and the studies of Locke and Crawford (2000) and Sung (2008) regarding organizational development. The face and content validity of this questionnaire was confirmed using the viewpoints of sport management experts. The construct validity was determined by confirmatory factor analysis. The reliability of the questionnaire was determined using Cronbach's alpha coefficient (0.93). Using structural equations and statistical techniques, the findings showed that interaction and cooperation (path coefficient=0.81), participation (0.76), network (0.76), trust (0.75), cognition (0.73) and facilitation (0.71) had positive, direct and effective roles in the development of sport federations. Therefore, the four main dimensions of the development of sport federations including strategies, the effective use of modern technologies, the reorganization of the organizational structure with the approach of federation agility and, finally, the reform of culture and norms with the aim of balancing the strategies and attitudes of the sport community will be more affordable, cheaper, and faster with synergy.
