رابطۀ مدیریت کوانتومی با توانمندسازی شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی استان اصفهان

چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطۀ بین مدیریت کوانتوم با توانمندسازی شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی استان اصفهان بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری، شامل کلیۀ­ دبیران تربیت بدنی اصفهان در سال 1393 (559 نفر) بود. حجم نمونۀ آماری از طریق فرمول کوهن (2007) 226 نفر محاسبه شد. روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه­ای بود. ابزار اندازه­گیری شامل پرسشنامۀ مدیریت کوانتومی محقق‌ساخته و پرسشنامۀ توانمندسازی شغلی اسپریتزر (1995) با پایایی به‌ترتیب 84/0, 89/0 =α بود. روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه را متخصصان تأیید کردند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمار توصیفی، استنباطی و مدل معادلات ساختاری استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که بنابر تحلیل رگرسیونی، مؤلفۀ تفکر کوانتومی، وجود کوانتومی، اعتماد کوانتومی، دیدن کوانتومی، احساس کوانتومی، شناخت کوانتومی، عمل کوانتومی و اعتماد کوانتومی قابلیت پیش‌بینی توانمندسازی شغلی دبیران تربیت بدنی را دارند و رابطۀ خطی بین آنها برقرار است. ازاین‌رو درصورتی‌که مدیران مهارت‌های مدیریت کوانتومی را در آموزش و پرورش پیاده کنند، می­تواند به توانمندی و بالندگی دبیران تربیت بدنی منجر شود.

چکیده [English]

This study aimed at investigating the relationship between quantum management and career empowerment in physical education teachers in Isfahan province. The research method was descriptive-correlation and the statistical population included all physical education teachers of Isfahan city in 2014 (N=559). The statistical sample size was calculated by Cohen sample size formula (2007) (n=226). Stratified random sampling method was used to select sample. The researcher-made questionnaire of quantum management and the questionnaire of professional empowerment (Spreitzer, 1995) with the reliability of α=0.84, α=0.89 respectively were used. Face and content validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts. To analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling were applied. The results showed that according to the regression analysis, quantum thinking, quantum existence, quantum trust, quantum vision, quantum sense, quantum cognition and quantum action had the ability to predict career empowerment in physical education teachers and there was a linear relationship between them. So, if managers implement quantum management skills in education system, this fact can result in empowerment and maturation in physical education teachers.
