چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر حمایت اجتماعی و تعارض کار-خانواده بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان بود. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمان تشکیل دادند(252=N) که 157 نفر به روش تصادفی خوشه ای، انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده ها از پرسش نامه های حمایت اجتماعی زیمت و همکاران(1988)، تعارض کار- خانواده نتمیر و همکاران(1996) و عملکرد شغلی موتوویدلو و ون اسکاتر(1994) استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی بر عملکرد شغلی تأثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد؛ همچنین حمایت اجتماعی بر تعارض کار – خانوده و تعارض کار - خانواده بر عملکرد شغلی تأثیر منفی و معنادار دارد. نتایج حاصل از مدل سازی پژوهش نشان داد که حمایت اجتماعی به واسطه تعارض کار – خانواده بر عملکرد شغلی کارکنان تأثیر معناداری ندارد. در نهایت کلیۀ شاخص های برازش مدل نشان‌دهنده برازش مطلوب آن بودند. با توجه به یافته های پژوهش به مدیران و مسئولان ادارات ورزش و جوانان پیشنهاد می شود که با ایجاد حمایت های لازم زمینه بهبود عملکرد در محیط کار، مقابله با مشکلات زندگی، سازگاری عمومی و بهزیستی جسمانی و روانشناختی دارد را فراهم آورند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social support and work-family conflict on job performance among staff of sport and youth departments in Kerman province. The population of this study included all employees of Youth and Sports offices of Kerman Province (N=252). Through cluster sampling, 157 people were selected. The questionnaires of social support Zimet et al (1988), work-family conflict Netmeyer et al (1996) and job performance Askater & Mvtvvydlv (1988) was used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation, Sobel test equation and path analysis. Findings indicated that of social support has a direct and significant impact on job performance. Also the social support has a direct and negative impact on work - family conflict, and work - family conflict has direct and negative impact on job performance. Also results showed that the social support hasn’t mediating role on relationship between work-family conflict and job performance of employees. Finally, the model showed a good fit to the data. According to the findings of this study, which indicates the importance of the role of social support and work-family conflict on job performance of employees, it is recommended that managers and officials of sports and youth departments provide the necessary support for improvement of workplace performance, coping with life problems, general adaptability and physical and psychological well-being.
