تدوین الگوی ارتباطی منابع سازمانی و درآمدزایی باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران

چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر، تدوین الگوی ارتباطی منابع سازمانی و درآمدزایی باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران بود. پژوهش حاضر، به لحاظ هدف، کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش حاضر شامل کلیۀ نخبگان و کارشناسان آگاه در صنعت فوتبال بود. نمونۀ آماری پژوهش، 100 نفر از استادان مدیریت ورزشی و کارشناسان فوتبال بودند. ابزار مورد استفاده برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات، شامل پرسشنامۀ منابع سازمانی و درآمدزایی باشگاه‌های ورزشی بود. این پرسشنامه در دو بخش اصلی پرسشنامۀ منابع سازمانی شامل 29 گویه و پرسشنامۀ درآمدزایی شامل 20 گویه بود. پایایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ و پایایی ترکیبی و روایی آن با استفاده از روایی محتوا، همگرا و واگرا تأیید شد. از روش معادلات ساختاری و نرم‌افزار PLS به‌منظور بررسی مدل پژوهش استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که منابع سازمانی بر میزان درآمدزایی باشگاه‌های حرفه‌ای فوتبال ایران تأثیر معناداری دارد. همچنین نتایج نشان داد که به‌ترتیب متغیرهای منابع مالی، زیرساخت‌ها، منابع انسانی، دارایی معنوی و منابع ارتباطاتی و اطلاعاتی بیشترین تأثیر را بر درآمدزایی باشگاه‌ها دارند. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود تا باشگاه‌های فوتبال، با شناسایی و توسعۀ منابع مختلف سازمانی، در جهت رسیدن به درآمدزایی اقدام کنند.
