چکیده

هدف از تحقیق حاضر شناسایی و رتبه‌بندی عوامل توسعۀ ورزش دانشگاه مازندران است. این پژوهش کاربردی و روش انجام آن آمیخته است. روش نمونه‌گیری، هدفمند و در دسترس بود. جامعۀ آماری تحقیق شامل استادان و خبرگان تربیت ‌بدنی، مدیر و معاونان ادارۀ تربیت بدنی دانشگاه مازندران بود. در مرحلۀ اول تحقیق از طریق مصاحبه با 20 نفر از جامعۀ آماری، عوامل توسعه شناسایی شد. در مرحلۀ دوم و سوم، عوامل شناسایی‌شده توسط گروه دلفی (20 نفر) بررسی شد؛ در این دو مرحله عواملی که حداقل 60 درصد دارای پاسخ مثبت بودند، برای مرحلۀ بعد باقی ماندند. در مرحلۀ نهایی رتبه‌بندی عوامل شناسایی‌شده در سه مرحلة قبل با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ پنج‌گزینه‌ای لیکرت انجام گرفت. برای رتبه‌بندی عوامل از آزمون فریدمن در قالب نرم‌افزار SPSS استفاده شد. براساس یافته‌های این تحقیق مهم‌ترین عوامل توسعۀ ورزش دانشگاه مازندران شامل سرویس‌دهی و دسترسی آسان به اماکن ورزشی، حمایت مسئولان دانشگاه از ورزش دانشجویان، تبلیغات و اطلاع‌رسانی در بین دانشجویان، وجود اسپانسر برای تیم‌های ورزشی و آموزش نیروهای انسانی بودند؛ بنابراین مدیران دانشگاه باید به‌منظور توسعۀ ورزش دانشگاه مازندران، عوامل شناسایی‌شده را مورد توجه قرار دهند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to identify and rank sport development factors in Mazandaran University. This research was applied and mixed in terms of method. The sampling method was purposive and convenience. The statistical population included professors and experts of physical education, managers and deputies of the Physical Education Department in Mazandaran University. In the first stage, development factors were identified using interviews with 20 subjects from the statistical population. In the second and third stages, the identified factors were analyzed by Delphi group (20 subjects) and those factors that received at least 60% of positive responses stayed for the next stage. In the final stage, the identified factors in the 3 previous steps were ranked using the 5-point Likert scale. Friedman test in the form of SPSS software was used to rank factors. Based on the findings, the most important factors for sport development in Mazandaran University were service and easy access to sport facilities, university authorities’ support of student sports, advertising and information among students, the existence of sponsors for sport teams and human resources education. Therefore, university deans should pay attention to the identified factors in order to develop the sport of Mazandaran University.
