چکیده

هدف این پژوهش بررسی تأثیر هشت هفته تمرینات هوازی بر استرس شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی کارمندان مرد دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد قروه بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ کارمندان مرد دانشگاه بود. تعداد 22 نفر از کارمندانی که آمادگی خود را برای شرکت در پژوهش اعلام کرده بودند، به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند به‌عنوان آزمودنی‌های پژوهش انتخاب شدند. آزمودنی‌ها به دو گروه تجربی (12 نفر) و کنترل (10 نفر) پس از همسان‌سازی براساس متغیرهای تأثیرگذار بر استرس و فرسودگی شغلی تقسیم شدند. طرح این پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌تجربی با طرح پیش‌آزمون و پس‌آزمون در یک گروه تجربی و یک گروه کنترل بود. ابزار پژوهش، پرسشنامۀ استرس شغلی اویانگ (2009) و فرسودگی شغلی ماسلاچ (2001) بود. پایایی و روایی این پرسشنامه‌ها در مطالعات قبلی تأیید شده بود. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آمارۀ توصیفی و استنباطی شامل آزمون کولموگروف اسمیرنوف و تی مستقل استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که بین تغییرات استرس شغلی و فرسودگی شغلی دو گروه تجربی و کنترل به‌ترتیب با آمارۀ تی 53/3 و 69/9 تفاوت معناداری در سطح معناداری 01/0 وجود دارد. با توجه به تأثیر تمرین هوازی بر استرس و فرسودگی شغلی کارمندان و نیاز بسیار کم این نوع تمرینات به امکانات و تجهیزات خاص و همچنین سادگی و عدم پیچیدگی این نوع تمرینات به ریاست دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی قروه و همچنین دیگر سازمان‌های مشابه، پیشنهاد می‌شود تمرینات هوازی را در برنامۀ کاری کارمندان خود برنامه‌ریزی کنند.

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of eight weeks of aerobic training on occupational stress and burnout among male employees of Islamic Azad University, Qorveh branch. The statistical population consisted of all male employees of the university. 22 employees who expressed their readiness to participate in the study were selected as the sample by purposive sampling method. Subjects were divided into experimental (n=12) and control (n=10) groups after matching on the basis of variables affecting occupational stress and burnout. The design of this study was quasi-experimental with pretest and posttest in an experimental group and a control group. Ouyang Job Stress Questionnaire (2009) and Maslach Job Burnout (2001) were used to collect data. Reliability and validity of these questionnaires were confirmed in previous studies. In order to analyze the data, descriptive and inferential statistics including Kolmogorov-Smirnov test and independent t test were used. The findings showed a significant difference in the changes of occupational stress and burnout between the experimental and control groups (t value=3.53 and 9.69 respectively) (P=0.01). Regarding the effect of aerobic training on the occupational stress and burnout of employees and the very low need for these types of training to special facilities and the simplicity and lack of complexity of these types of training, dean of Islamic Azad University, Qorveh branch as well as other similar organizations are recommended to have aerobic training in their employees' working schedules.
