چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی نقش تبعیض در محیط کار بر سلامت ذهنی و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل کلیه کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه به تعداد 210 نفر بود که کل جامعه به عنوان نمونه آماری تحقیق انتخاب و در نهایت 198 پرسش‌نامه‌ مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌های تحقیق، از پرسش‌‌نامه‌های تبعیض در محیط کار پاسکوئه و ریچمن (2009)، سلامت ذهنی بیکر (2008) و عملکرد شغلی بابین و بالس (2004) استفاده شد. برای تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها و شناسایی اثرات متغیرهای تحقیق، مدل‌یابی معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار لیزرل استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تبعیض در محیط کار بر سلامت ذهنی و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه اثری منفی و معنی‌دار دارد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق می‌توان گفت که تبعیض در محیط کار موجب کاهش سلامت ذهنی و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان می‌گردد. بنابراین پیشنهاد می‌شود مدیران ادارات ورزش و جوانان استان کرمانشاه با حذف تبعیض در محیط کار، زمینه افزایش سلامت ذهنی و عملکرد شغلی کارکنان خود را فراهم سازند.

چکیده [English]

The purpose of the present study was to investigate the role of workplace discrimination on mental health and job performance among employers of Sport and Youth offices in Kermanshah province. The population of this study consists of all employers of the Sport and Youth offices of Kermanshah province and it equal to 210 persons that all persons were selected as research sample which finally 198 questionnaires were analyzed. To collect data, questionnaires of Pascoe & Richman (2009) workplace discrimination, Backer (2008) mental health and Bobbin & Boles (2004) job performance were used. To analyze data and identify the effects of research variables, structural equation modeling with the use of LIZREL software was applied. The results indicate that workplace discrimination had negative and significant effect on mental health and job performance of employers of the Sport and Youth offices of Kermanshah province. With respect to the results of study, it can be concluded that workplace discrimination can lead to decrease employers’ mental health and job performance. Therefore, it can be suggested that the managers of Sport and Youth offices in Kermanshah province by eliminating workplace discrimination, enhancing mental health and job performance of their employers.
