ارائه چارچوبی به منظور رتبه بندی و انتخاب بازیکنان تیم والیبال با ترکیب روش‌های SWARA و TODIM (مورد مطالعه: تیم منتخب جهان در سال 2015)

چکیده

امروزه مسابقات ورزشی تحت عناوین مختلف در سراسر دنیا در حال برگزاری است و طرفداران بسیاری را به خود اختصاص داده است. ورزش‌های تیمی همچون فوتبال و والیبال به کسب‌وکارهای بزرگی تبدیل شده‌اند که هزینه‌های بسیاری در آنها صرف انتقال بازیکنان می‌شود. ازاین‌رو، یکی از مسائل مهم دنیای ورزش، جست‌وجوی اعضای جدید برای پر کردن موقعیت‌های خالی در جهت افزایش کیفیت تیم‌هاست. در شرایط کنونی برای انتخاب بهترین بازیکن در رشتۀ والیبال اغلب به‌صورت تک‌معیاره برخورد شده است؛ حال آنکه از دیدگاه خبرگان این حوزه لزوم بهره‌گیری از معیارهای متعدد و استفاده از روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری چندشاخصه ضرورت است. بر همین اساس مقالۀ کنونی با هدف ارائۀ چارچوبی علمی برای رتبه‌بندی بازیکنان والیبال و گزینش مناسب‌ترین بازیکنان برای نقش‌آفرینی در پست‌های مختلف تهیه شده است. در این زمینه نخست براساس مرور پیشینۀ تحقیق و برگزاری جلسه با خبرگان این حوزه، فهرستی از معیارهای انتخاب بازیکن در پست‌های مختلف احصا شد. در ادامه با بهره­گیری از روش SWARA و کسب نظرهای خبرگان معیارهای موردنظر، اولویت‌بندی و وزن‌دهی شد. سپس روش TODIM برای انتخاب نهایی بازیکنان منتخب از بین گزینه­های موجود معرفی شده است. به‌منظور اطمینان از صحت مسیر تحقیق، از چارچوب طراحی‌شده به‌منظور رتبه‌بندی بازیکنان حاضر در جام جهانی 2015 ژاپن و تشکیل تیم منتخب جهان استفاده شده است. این تحقیق از نظر هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده‌ها، توصیفی-پیمایشی است.
