شناسایی و تحلیل عوامل موثر بر نهادینه سازی فرهنگ ورزش در کودکان ونوجوانان از دیدگاه معلمان تربیت بدنی

چکیده
هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسایی عوامل موثر بر نهادینه سازی فرهنگ ورزش در کودکان ونوجوانان بود. روش تحقیق حاضر توصیفی- پیمایشی و از حیث هدف، کاربردی بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را در بخش کیفی صاحبنظران حوزه ورزش کودک و نوجوان و در بخش کمی کلیه معلمان تربیت‌بدنی کشور( 29700نفر) تشکیل ‌دادند، نمونه آماری در بخش کیفی25 متخصص و در بخش کمی برابر با (122 نفر 66 مرد و 56 زن) دبیر تربیت بدنی به صورت خوشه ای طبقه ای‌ انتخاب شدند. ابزار گردآوری داده‌ها پرسشنامه محقق ساخته بر اساس مصاحبه با صاحب نظران حوزه ورزش کودکان و نوجوانان و مطالعه مبانی نظری بود، که روایی صوری و محتوایی آن به تایید متخصصان امر رسید و پایایی آن با استفاده از آلفای کرونباخ(82/0) بدست آمد. به منظور تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها از روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی با چرخش واریمکس استفاده شد. براساس نتایج تحلیل عاملی 6 عامل شناسایی شد که می توانند 732/49 درصد واریانس نهادینه سازی ورزش در کودکان و نوجوان از دیدگاه معلمان تربیت بدنی ایران را براورد نمایند. بنابر این ضروری است عوامل موثر بر نهادینه سازی فرهنگ ورزش در کودکان و نوجوانان مورد توجه خانواده ها و برنامه ریزان ورزش کشور قرار گیرد.

Identification and Analysis effective factors of institutionalize sport culture in children and adolescence in view of physical education teachers

چکیده English

This study was conducted to identify and analysis effective factor of institutionalize sport culture in children and adolescences. Thestatistical population in qualities sector was all professors in field of children and adolescence sport (sample=25) people and in quantity sector was physical education teachers in Iran (n=5682), and the sample was (n= 122) teachers, (66 male, 56 female), in year 94-95, sample chosen randomly in 6city. The instrument was questionnaire, based on Qualities sector of study validity of that proved by 12 university professors and reliability of that calculated by Cronbach’s Alpha coefficient (0.82). Descriptive statistics were utilized to summarize sample characteristics and explore factor analyzing test used to find the main factors data analyzed by exploratory factor analysis by varimax rotation method. Factor analysis showedsix factors can 49.72 percent of institutionalize sport in children and adolescence in view of sport teachers. So effective factor of institutionalize sport culture in children and adolescences must be pay attention by families and   country sport planners.
