چکیده

هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر بررسی رابطه اثربخشی ارتباطات داخلی با پذیرش تغییر در کارکنان دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران بود. این تحقیق از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری تحقیق کلیه کارکنان دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی دانشگاههای دولتی شهر تهران بود (81 نفر). روش نمونه گیری از نوع تمام شمار بوده و در مجموع تعداد 80 پرسشنامه جمع آوری شد. ابزار گردآوری اطلاعات پرسشنامه اثربخشی ارتباطات داخلی شالنبرگر(2009) و پذیرش تغییر الوینگ(2009) بود. روایی پرسشنامه ها به تأیید ده تن از اساتید مدیریت ورزشی رسید. پایایی پرسشنامهها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای پرسشنامه اثربخشی ارتباطات داخلی (0.78) و برای پرسشنامه پذیرش تغییر (0.85) بدست آمد. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها در دو سطح توصیفی و استنباطی (آزمون کلموگروف اسمیرنوف، رگرسیون تک متغیره خطی) مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نتایج تحقیق نشان داد رابطه خطی معنی داری بین اثربخشی ارتباطات داخلی با حمایت از تغییر، تمایل به همکاری در تغییر و پذیرش تغییر در کارکنان دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی دانشگاههای دولتی تهران وجود دارد. با توجه به نتایج تحقیق میتوان گفت که برای افزایش پذیرش تغییر در کارکنان، مدیران دانشکدههای تربیت بدنی باید اثربخشی ارتباطاتشان را بهبود بخشیده و از این طریق احتمال موفقیت برنامه های تغییر را افزایش دهند.

The Relationship between Internal Communication Effectiveness and Change Acceptance in Physical Education Faculties of Tehran State Universities

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between internal communication effectiveness and change acceptance in staff of physical education faculties of Tehran state universities. The study was correlation and the statistical population consisted of all staff of physical education faculties of Tehran state universities (N=81). Census sampling method was used and 80 questionnaires were collected. Internal Communication Effectiveness Questionnaire of Shallanberger (2009) and Change Acceptance Questionnaire of Elving (2009) were used to collect data. 10 sport management professors confirmed validity of questionnaires and their reliability was calculated by Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (Internal Communication Effectiveness Questionnaire: 0.78, Change Acceptance Questionnaire: 0.85). The data were analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistics (Kolmogorov-Smirnov test, linear one-sample regression). Results showed that a significant linear relationship between internal communication effectiveness and support for change, willingness to cooperate in change and change acceptance in staff of physical education faculties of Tehran state universities. According to these results, it can be said that the deans of physical education faculties must improve their communication effectiveness to increase change acceptance in staff and thereby to increase the possibility of success of change programs
