چکیده

هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهکارهای حفظ و افزایش هواداران فوتبال باشگاه پرسپولیس است. روش انجام پژوهش از نوع آمیخته است و برای شناسایی عوامل حفظ و افزایش هواداران فوتبال باشگاه پرسپولیس، از روش تحقیق کیفی و برای سنجش اهمیت و رتبه‌بندی عوامل، از روش تحقیق‌ کمی استفاده شده است. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ پیشکسوتان، تماشاگران و هواداران باشگاه پرسپولیس بودند و نمونۀ آماری در بخش کیفی شامل 30 نفر از پیشکسوتان، تماشاگران و هواداران و همچنین در بخش کمّی شامل 383 نفر بود. برای جمع­آوری داده­ها نیز از دو روش مصاحبۀ نیمه‌ساختاری و پرسشنامۀ محقق‌ساخته  و در تحلیل داده‌های آماری به روش استنباطی از آزمون فریدمن استفاده شده است. نتایج نشان داد که عوامل اجتماعی، زیرساختی، اقتصادی، فنی، فرهنگی و ارزشی به‌ترتیب مهم‌ترین عوامل تأثیرگذار بر حفظ و افزایش تماشاگران باشگاه پرسپولیس هستند؛ بنابراین مدیران و مسئولان باشگاه پرسپولیس باید به این متغیرها به‌عنوان عوامل مهم در حفظ و افزایش تماشاگران توجه کنند.

چکیده [English]

The main aim of the current study was to identify solutions to maintain and increase Persepolis soccer club fans. The research method was mixed. Qualitative research method was used to identify those factors to maintain and increase Persepolis soccer club fans. Quantitative research method was used to assess their importance and prioritization. The statistical population included all pioneers, spectators and fans of Persepolis Soccer Club. The sample included 30 pioneers, spectators and fans in the qualitative sector and 383 subjects in the quantitative sector. Semi-structured interview and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect data. To analyze data, inferential statistics (Friedman test) was used. The results showed that social, infrastructural, economic, technical, cultural and value factors were respectively the most important factors affecting maintaining and increasing of Persepolis Soccer Club fans. So, managers and officials of Persepolis Soccer Club should consider these variables as important factors to maintain and increase fans.
