چکیده
هدف این مقاله شناسایی ابعاد کارآفرینی اجتماعی ورزشی در راستای تحقق اهداف توسعۀ پایدار ورزش است. روش تحقیق کیفی بوده و برای جمعآوری دادهها و نظرهای صاحبنظران از مطالعات کتابخانهای و مصاحبه استفاده شد. همچنین میزان همگرایی پاسخدهندگان نسبت به شاخصهای ارائهشده از طریق رویکرد دلفی مورد سنجش قرار گرفت. نمونۀ آماری شامل استادان مدیریت ورزشی، مدیریت کارآفرینی و کارآفرینان ورزشی بود که بهصورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. با توجه به ابعاد کارآفرینی اجتماعی از جمله نتایج و فرصتهای کارآفرینی اجتماعی، ایجاد اشتغال، تغییر اجتماعی توسط ورزشکاران، مشارکت زنان در ورزش، همبستگی ورزشکاران با محرومیتهای اجتماعی، فعالیتهای داوطلبانه در ورزش و فعالیتهای خیریه شناسایی شد. نظر به اینکه شاخصهای معینی برای تعیین چارچوب مبتنی بر سودمندی اجتماعی و ارزشمندی اجتماعی در مسیر توسعۀ ورزش وجود دارد، این مقاله با تبیین شاخصها و ابعاد کارآفرینی اجتماعی در ورزش، مشارکت جهت توسعۀ سرمایۀ اجتماعی، تغییر اجتماعی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی از طریق کارآفرینی اجتماعی ورزشی را حمایت میکند. بنابراین با در نظر گرفتن اینکه یکی از اهداف توسعۀ پایدار ورزش، عدالت اجتماعی، فرصتهای برابر مشارکت، انسجام اجتماعی و ارتقای کیفیت زندگی و در نگاه کلی، توجه به کارآفرینی اجتماعی است، لازم است فعالیت نهادهای مسئول ورزش با سایر نهادها از جمله سازمان بهزیستی، سازمان هلالاحمر و سازمان تأمین اجتماعی بهمنظور فعالیتهای مرتبط با کارآفرینی اجتماعی در ورزش و تفریحات سالم توسعه و گسترش یابد.

چکیده [English]
The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of social entrepreneurship in sport to achieve sustainable sport development. The research method was qualitative and literature review and interviews were used to collect data and experts’ viewpoints. In addition, the convergence rates of participants towards indicators were evaluated by Delphi method. Statistical sample included sport management professors, entrepreneurship management professors and sport entrepreneurs who were selected purposively. According to the dimensions of social entrepreneurship, the indicators and opportunities for social entrepreneurship were identified as job creation, social changes by athletes, women's participation in sport, athletes’ solidarity with social exclusions, voluntary work in sport and charity activities. As there are certain indicators to determine a framework based on social benefit and values in the sport development, this article explained the indicators and dimensions of social entrepreneurship in sport and supported the participation to develop social capital, social change and to enhance the quality of life through social entrepreneurship in sport. So, given that one of the goals of sustainable sport development is social justice, equal opportunities for participation, social cohesion, improved quality of life and generally attention to social entrepreneurship, it is necessary to develop and spread the collaboration of sport institutions with other organizations such as Welfare Organization, Red Crescent Organization and Social Security Organization to develop those activities related to social entrepreneurship in sport and recreation
