چکیده

 
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطۀ بین اخلاق کاری اسلامی با رضایت شغلی، تعهد سازمانی و نیت ترک خدمت در کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود که به روش میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعۀ آماری، کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان بودند (290 نفر). براساس جدول مورگان تعداد نمونه 165 نفر به‌دست آمد. برای جمع‌آوری اطلاعات از پرسشنامۀ اخلاق کاری اسلامی علی و اوایهان (2008)، برای سنجش رضایت شغلی از پرسشنامۀ لایتله (1994)، به‌منظور سنجش تعهد سازمانی از پرسشنامۀ پورتر و همکاران (1974) و برای سنجش نیت ترک خدمت در سازمان از پرسشنامۀ لونا و آروکاس (2008) استفاده شد. روایی پرسشنامه‌ها را هفت نفر از استادان رشتۀ مدیریت ورزشی تأیید کردند و پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با آلفای کرونباخ به‌ترتیب 89/0، 78/0، 74/0، 83/0 به‌دست آمد. برای تحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون کولموگروف- اسمیرنوف، آزمون همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون خطی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین اخلاق کاری اسلامی با رضایت شغلی (01/0P=) و تعهد سازمانی (05/0P=)، رابطۀ معنا‌داری وجود دارد. اما بین اخلاق کاری اسلامی و نیت ترک خدمت (05/0P=) رابطۀ معناداری مشاهده نشد. نتایج همچنین نشان داد که رضایت شغلی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد سازمانی دارد. ولی رابطۀ بین تعهد سازمانی و نیت ترک خدمت و همچنین رابطۀ بین رضایت شغلی و نیت ترک خدمت در بین کارشناسان وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران معنادار نبود.

The aim of this study was to examine the relationship between Islamic work ethic and job satisfaction, organizational commitment and desertion in Iran Ministry of Sport and Youth experts. The correlation-descriptive method was used in this study which was conducted as a field. The statistic populations consisted of 290 Ministry of Sport and Youth experts. 165 subjects were selected as the sample by Morgan Table. For data collection, Ali and Owaihan (2008) Islamic Work Ethic Questionnaire, Laitle (1994) Job Satisfaction Questionnaire, Porter et al. (1974) Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and Luna Arocas (2008) Desertion Questionnaire were used. The validity of these questionnaires was approved by 7 sport management professors and their reliability was calculated by Cronbach alpha coefficient (0.89, 0.78, 0.74, and 0.83 respectively). For data analysis, Kolmogorov- Smirnov test, Pearson correlation test and linear regressionwere used. The results showed a significant relationship between Islamic work ethic and job satisfaction (P=0.01), and organizational commitment (P=0.05); but, there was no significant relationship between Islamic work ethic and desertion (P=0.05). Results also showed that job satisfaction had a significant and positive effect on organizational commitment. But the relationship between organizational commitment and desertion and also between job satisfaction and desertion was not significant in Iran Ministry of Sport and Youth experts.
