تلفیق روش‌های تصمیم‌گیری در محیط GIS به‌منظور مکان‌گزینی اماکن ورزشی

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائۀ ایده‌ای جدید در مکان‌گزینی اماکن ورزشی بود. در مرحلۀ اول محدودۀ مطالعاتی با استفاده از روش تحلیل سلسله‌مراتبی و براساس معیارهای دوازده‌گانۀ دوری یا نزدیکی به عناصر و کاربری‌های مختلف شهری به شش طیف گسسته تقسیم شد که اراضی با حداکثر ارزش با مساحتی برابر 8/1502965 متر مربع، 6 درصد از محدوده را تشکیل می‌دادند. پس از آن با تشکیل تیم تحقیقاتی، محدوده با بالاترین ارزش، مورد برداشت میدانی قرار گرفت که 5 قطعه زمین A، B، C، D و E به‌عنوان ورودی‌های حالت گسسته در نظر گرفته شدند. این قطعه زمین‌ها، در دنیای واقعی و به لحاظ دیگر معیارها قابل ملاحظه و تحقیق برای ساخت اماکن ورزشی جدید بودند. به‌منظور اولویت‌بندی این ورودی‌ها از چهار روش تاپسیس، الکتر، ساو و تاکسونومی استفاده شد که معیارهای مشترک آنها را قیمت، شرایط ژئومورفیک، قابلیت تملیک، ارزش کاربری موجود، جمعیت، دسترسی و همچنین فاصله از اماکن ورزشی مجاور تشکیل می‌دادند. در نهایت با جمع‌بندی نتایج حاصل از روش‌های یادشده توسط یک مجموعه رتبه‌بندی جزئی (POSET)، مشخص شد که قطعه زمین C بهترین مکان برای ساخت مکان ورزشی جدید است.

Integrating Decision Making Methods in GIS Environment to Select Sites for Sport Facilities

The aim of this study was to introduce a new idea in site selection of the sport facilities. At first, the studied domain was categorized into 6 incoherent scales by AHP method and based on 12 criteria including different urban land uses and elements. The lands with the maximum value and the area of 1502965.8 m2 comprised 6% of the whole domain. Then, after teaming up on the research project, the area with the highest value was examined by field estimation and 5 plots of land (A, B, C, D, and E) were considered as the inputs of discrete state. These plots were the lands which were capable of being considered and researched to build new sports facilities in the real world and in terms of other criteria. To prioritize these inputs, four methods of TOPSIS, ELECTRE, SAW and Taxonomy were used whose common criteria were the price, geomorphic conditions, ability to get possessory right, present use value, population, accessibility and distance from nearby sports facilities. Finally, the results from abovementioned methods were gathered and analyzed by POSET technique and it was determined that the piece of land C was the best place to build a new sport facility.
