ارزیابی کارایی 64 سالۀ کاروان ورزشی ج. ا. ایران در بازی‌های المپیک با استفاده از روش تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها (DEA)

چکیده
به‌نظر می‌رسد محاسبۀ کارایی و ارزیابی عملکرد کاروان‌های شرکت‌کننده در بازی‌های المپیک، به‌منظور بهبود عملکرد آنها در دوره‌های بعدی ضروری است. با توجه به اهمیت سنجش کارایی، در این مطالعه، عملکرد کاروان ورزشی ایران در بازی‌های المپیک طی سال‌های 2012-1948 به روش تحلیل پوششی داده­ها ارزیابی و بررسی شده است. در ابتدا مشکلات مدل تحلیل پوششی داده‌ها در ارزیابی بازی‌های المپیک در پژوهش‌های گذشته شناسایی و به بهبود و تکمیل آن روش‌ها پرداخته شده است. سپس با استفاده از مدل BCC خروجی‌محور تکمیل‌شده به ارزیابی کاروان ورزشی ایران در پانزده دوره بازی‌های المپیک پرداخته شده است. مطالعۀ حاضر که از نوع پژوهش‌های ریاضی - تحلیلی است، نشان داد که عملکرد کاروان ایران تنها در بازی‌های المپیک سال 1956 کارا و در سایر سال‌ها ناکارا بوده است. همچنین یافته‌ها نشان داد کاروان ورزشی ایران در المپیک 1964 لندن کمترین کارایی را داشته است.

چکیده English

Abstract
There are varieties of researches for appraisal of results obtained by countries in Olympics, using data envelopment analysis method. This research is aimed to make such appraisal for Iranians’ results in Olympics Games using the DEA method. Before taking any measures, main issues of DEA methods for appraisal of Olympics Games in the previous research were discussed, afterward optimization and removing disadvantages have been under consideration. Then, using BCC model of optimized output-oriented, Iran’s performance in 15 Olympics games were appraised. Results showed that Iranian have been efficient only in 1956 games. Also Results showed that Iranian have been lowest efficient in 1964 Olympic.
