بررسی اولویت ها و راهکارهای پیشرفت ورزش قهرمانی جودوی کشور

چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی اولویت­ها و راهکارهای پیشرفت ورزش قهرمانی جودوی کشور از دیدگاه صاحب­نظران بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش کلیۀ صاحب‌نظران این رشته شامل ورزشکاران بزرگسال تیم ملی، مربیان و رؤسای هیأت­ها و مدیران ارشد فدراسیون (60 نفر) و نمونۀ آماری در دسترس برابر با 40 نفر بود. ابزار اندازه­گیری پرسشنامه­ای براساس مبانی نظری پژوهش بود که روایی آن با استفاده از نظرهای کارشناسان و پایایی آن نیز از طریق ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (94/0) تأیید شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری داده­ها از آمار توصیفی و آزمون تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. یافته­های پژوهش نشان داد که کنترل و نظارت بر فعالیت­های مربیان، برنامه­ریزی مدون تقویم ورزشی فدراسیون و برگزاری اردوهای بلندمدت با بار عاملی 90/0، بیشترین اهمیت و الگوبرداری از کشورهای صاحب­نام و ثبات مدیریت در فدراسیون، کمترین اهمیت را از دیدگاه صاحب­نظران در راستای راهکارهای پیشرفت ورزش قهرمانی جودو به خود اختصاص دادند. درنهایت، با شناسایی این راهکارها می­توان مدیران را به جهت­دهی دقیق­تر برنامه­ها و اهداف فدراسیون در راستای توسعه و پیشرفت این مهم کمک کرد.

چکیده English

The aim of this study was to evaluate the development priorities and strategies of judo championship in Iran from experts' viewpoints. Statistical population consisted of all experts of this field including adult national judokas, coaches, board of directors and superior managers of Judo federation (N=60) and the available sample consisted of 40 subjects. A researcher-made questionnaire was designed according to the theoretical basis of the study. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and its reliability was assessed via Cronbach’s alpha coefficient (α = 0.94). Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics and factor analysis test. Results showed that control and assessment of Coaches' activity, regular planning of sport calendar of the federation and holding long-term camps were the most important factors (factor loading = 0.90) whereas imitating famous countries and management stability in the federation were the least important factors in the development strategies of judo championship form experts' viewpoints. Finally, managers can be contributed to direct plans and goals of the federation more precisely through identifying these strategies.
