نقش رهبری معنوی در توانمندسازی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان همدان

چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش رهبری معنوی در توانمندسازی کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان همدان بوده است. این پژوهش توصیفی از نوع هبستگی بود. جامعه آماری این تحقیق شامل 150 نفر کارکنان اداره کل ورزش و جوانان استان همدان  بود  که حجم نمونه با استفاده از جدول مورگان و کرجسی 108 نفر محاسبه و انتخاب گردید. در این پژوهش، از روش‌های آماری شاپیروویلک، همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام استفاده شد. یافته های پژوهش حاکی از آن است که بین رهبری معنوی و تمامی ابعاد آن با توانمندسازی کارکنان رابطه مستقیم و معنی داری وجود دارد. همچنین نتایج رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که ابعاد عضویت در سازمان، معناداری در کار، چشم انداز سازمانی، ایمان به کار و بازخورد عملکرد، توان تبیین واریانس مربوط به توانمندسازی را دارند اما ابعاد عشق به نوع دوستی و تعهد سازمانی از این پیش بینی برخوردار نمی باشند. بنابراین می توان گفت که توانمندسازی کارکنان یک هدف استراتژیک برای رسیدن به چشم اندازها  و ماموریت های سازمانی می باشد لذا نقش رهبری معنوی در تحقق این مهم از اهمیت بسزایی برخوردار می باشد.بنابراین به مدیران ورزشی توصیه می شود در کارکنان را درفرآیند های تصمیم سازی سازمان مشارکت دهند تا زمینه های توانمندی و اثربخش بودن در وجود آنها تقویت گردد.

The Role of Spiritual Leadership in Empowering Employees of Sport and Youth Organization in Hamadan Province

چکیده English

The aim of this research was to determine the role of spiritual leadership in empowering the employees of Sport and Youth Organization in Hamadan province. The research method was of a descriptive and correlation type. The statistical population of the research included 150 employees of Sport and Youth Organization in Hamadan province. 180 subjects were selected as the sample by Morgan and Krejcie table. Shapiro and Wilk statistical methods, Pearson correlation and stepwise regression were used to analyze data. The results showed a direct and significant relationship between spiritual leadership and all its dimensions with the empowerment of the staff. Also, stepwise regression results showed that the dimensions of organization membership, meaningfulness in work, organizational vision, faith in work, performance feedback could explain the variance related to the empowerment, but love to altruism and organizational commitment were not involved in the prediction. Therefore, it can be said that the empowerment of staff is a strategic aim to achieve organizational visions and missions so the spiritual leadership plays an important role in achieving these goals. Sport managers are advised to involve staff in decision-making processes of their organization in order to strengthen their empowerment and efficiency.
