چکیده
هدف از پژوهش حاضر ، تعیین رویکردهای محوری توسعة فوتبال جمهوری اسلامی ایران و مقایسة آن با رویکردهای چند کشور منتخب و ارائة رویکردهای مناسب برخاسته از ارزش های حاکم بر جامعه است. این تحقیق از نوع تحقیقات توصیفی _ پیمایشی بوده و روش گردآوری اطلاعات از نوع ترکیبی است که در آن مدارک و منابع بررسی و از پرسشنامة محقق ساخته برای جمع آوری اطلاعات استفاده شد. نمونة آماری 92 نفر از مدیران فدراسیون فوتبال ، کارشناسان و خبرگان مدیریت فوتبال کشور بودند. تجزیه و تحلیل داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آماری فریدمن در سطح معناداری 05/0a> نشان داد که مناسب ترین رویکرد های حاکم بر توسعة فوتبال کشور، رویکرد تربیتی- اخلاقی و جامعه گرا ست که این رویکرد در توسعة فوتبال کشورهایی چون سوئد، ژاپن، آمریکا، نیوزیلند ، کانادا ، انگلیس ، استرالیا و ایرلند نقش اساسی داشته و در جهت دهی برنامه های توسعه ای فوتبال کشورهای مذکور نقش مهمی داشته است .

چکیده [English]
The aim of this study was to determine the main approaches in the development of Iran football and also to compare them to football approaches in selected countries to determine appropriate approaches. This study was descriptive (survey) and data were collected by a combined procedure (literature review) and a researcher-made questionnaire was used. The sample consisted of 92 football federation managers, football management experts and elites. To analyze the data, Friedman test (p<0.05) was used. Results showed that the most appropriate approaches in the development of football in Iran were educational and community-based approaches. These approaches were used to develop and direct football developmental plans in many countries such as Sweden, Japan, USA, Canada, New Zealand, England, Australia and Ireland.
