چکیده
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی رابطة بین هوش سازمانی و مؤلفه‌های آن و بهره‌وری مدیران ادارات تربیت بدنی آذربایجان‌شرقی بود. پژوهش حاضر از نوع توصیفی– همبستگی بوده و به‌صورت میدانی انجام گرفته است. جامعة آماری شامل مدیران ادارات تربیت بدنی استان‌های آذربایجان شرقی و حجم نمونة آماری 34 نفر از این جامعه است. به این منظور از پرسشنامة هوش سازمانی آلبرخت و پرسشنامة بهره‌وری و از روش‌های آماری ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون چند‌متغیره با روش گام به گام استفاده شد. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که براساس ضریب همبستگی پیرسون بین تمامی مؤلفه‌های هوش سازمانی و هوش سازمانی کل و بهره‌وری رابطه مثبت و معناداری وجود دارد. در نهایت، نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام نشان داد که از بین مؤلفه‌های هوش‌سازمانی، میل به تغییر، روحیه و کاربرد دانش، قادر به پیش‌بینی معنادار بهره‌وری هستند.

چکیده [English]
The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between productivity and organizational intelligence in physical education offices of east Azerbaijan province. The present research was a descriptive correlational survey. The statistical population consisted of managers in physical education offices and the statistical sample consisted of 34 members of this population. The data were collected by Albrecht OI questionnaire and standard productivity questionnaire. Pearson correlation and step by step multiple regression test were used. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between productivity and OI, and all components of OI. The results of step by step multiple regression analysis showed that among OI components, appetite for change, spirit and knowledge deployment were able to significantly predict productivity.
