The purpose of the present study is to investigate the structure of Physical Education Organization of the Islamic republic of Iran with an entrepreneurial approach and to determine its connection with the effectiveness of this organization. 194 participants of this study were randomly selected from all expert staff of Physical Education Organization. Two questionnaires of entrepreneurial structure and organizational effectiveness were used to collect data. One – sample t test was used to determine the status of entrepreneurial structure and its components and the organizational effectiveness and Pearson correlation coefficient test was used to determine the relationship among the variables of the research. The results indicated a significant relationship between the entrepreneurial structure and test dimensions with the effectiveness of the organization. Also, mean of organizational effectiveness and entrepreneurial structure and all its dimensions were significantly lower than the intermediate level. On the basis of the findings of the present study, designing an entrepreneurial structure in Physical Education Organization can improve the effectiveness of the organization.
