چکیده

هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی ارتباط بین سبک رهبری مدیران تربیت بدنی با خلاقیت معلمان تربیت بدنی بود. نمونة آماری شامل 160 مدیر و معلم تربیت بدنی و ابزار اندازه‌گیری تحقیق شامل پرسشنامة ارزیابی سبک رهبری و پرسشنامة خلاقیت رندسیپ (Randsepp) بود. نتایج نشان داد که میانگین نمرة سبک رهبری 9/127 (از حداکثر نمرة ممکن 200) بود. میانگین نمرة معلمان تربیت بدنی مرد از سبک رهبری حاکم بر دایرة تربیت بدنی 76/129 و در مورد معلمان زن تربیت بدنی برابر با 2/126 بود. در مورد شاخص‌های سبک رهبری، میانگین ادراک معلمان تربیت بدنی از رهبری عمل‌گرایی مدیران با حداکثر نمرة ممکن 40، 48/25 بود. میانگین این ادراک در معلمان مرد، 48/25 و در مدیران زن 3/25 بود. در شاخص رهبری تحول‌گرا که حداکثر نمرة ممکن آن 160 بود، میانگین ادراک معلمان تربیت بدنی 18/102 بود. میانگین این ادراک در معلمان مرد، 28/104 و در معلمان زن 9/100 بود. نتایج آزمون فرضیات تحقیق نشان داد که همبستگی بین سبک رهبری و خلاقیت 56/0 بود که در سطح 01/0=P معنی‌دار است. این نتیجه مؤید زیربنای نظری تحقیق است که سبک رهبری به‌عنوان عامل تسهیل‌کننده و برانگیزنده به‌طور مستقیم و غیرمستقیم بر خلاقیت افراد اثر دارد.

The Relationship between Managers’ Leadership Style and Creativity of Physical Education Teachers

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between managers’ leadership style and creativity of physical education (PE) teachers. Subjects included 160 managers and physical education teachers. Leadership style assessment questionnaire (LSAQ) and Raudsepp creativity questionnaire were used. Results showed a mean score of 127.9 (out of 2000) for leadership style. This score was 129.7 for male and 126.2 for female teachers. Physical education teachers' perception of managers’ transactional leadership style (out of 40 maximum) was 25.48 (mean for males: 25.48 and for females: 25.3). Out of 160 scores for transformational leadership style, mean of physical education teachers was 102.18; this score was 104.28 for males and 100.9 for females. Results showed a significant correlation (r=0.56, P=0.05) between leadership style and creativity. According to the results of this study and literature review, we can conclude that leadership style can have effects, directly or indirectly, on the amount of creativity.
