چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش، تحلیل مدیریت HSE بر پایه نظریه میدان فناوری در اماکن ورزشی وزارت ورزش و جوانان بود.

روش پژوهش: تحقیق از نوع کیفی با رویکرد اکتشافی نظام‌مند انتخاب شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل اساتید مدیریت ورزشی متخصص در حوزه اماکن ورزشی (دارای مقالاتی در این حوزه، نگارش و یا ترجمه کتاب، طرح‌های پژوهشی و سابقه تدریس اماکن ورزشی در دانشگاه)، اساتید حوزه بهداشت، محیط‌زیست و سلامت (انجام حداقل دو پژوهش در این زمینه)، مدیران ادارات کل ورزش و جوانان استان‌های کشور (دارای تحصیلات دکتری)، اساتید و پژوهشگران حوزه فناوری دیجیتالی (انجام حداقل دو پژوهش در زمینه فناوری دیجیتالی) و مدیران اماکن ورزشی بزرگ ادارات ورزش و جوانان کشور (با ظرفیت بیش از 10 هزار نفر) می‌باشد که به‌صورت هدفمند مورد مصاحبه قرار می‌گیرند و تا زمان رسیدن به اشباع نظری فرایند مصاحبه ادامه پیدا می‌کند (20 نفر). ابزار پژوهش شامل مطالعه کتابخانه‌ای نظامند و مصاحبه اکتشافی (نیمه ساختارمند) بود. روایی ابزار براساس اعتبار نمونه، نظر خبرگان و توافق بین مصححان ارزیابی و تأیید گردید. جهت تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش کدگذاری مفهومی چندمرحله‌ای با رویکرد تحلیل سیستمی استفاده شد.

یافته ها: براساس چارچوب مفهومی استخراج‌شده، 8 مضمون (سازمان‌دهنده فناوری‌های جدید، کوانتومی‌ها، اینترنت، تکنولوژی‌ها، داده‌های DNA، واقعیت مجازی، چاپ و پرینت و برنامه‌ها) از ابعاد تشکیل‌دهنده میدان فناوری و 3 مضمون (عوامل مدیریتی، سازماندهی و هماهنگی و ارزیابی و بازخورد) ازجمله ابعاد مدیریت HSE در اماکن ورزشی وزارت ورزش و جوانان ایران می‌باشد.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this research was to analyze the HSE management based on the technology field theory in the sports facilities of the Ministry of Sports and Youth.

Methods: A qualitative research with a systematic exploratory approach was chosen. The statistical population of the research includes professors of sports management specializing in the field of sports facilities (having articles in this field, writing or translating books, research projects and teaching experience of sports facilities in the university), professors in the field of health, environment and health (having completed at least two research in this field), managers of the general sports and youth departments of the country's provinces (with doctoral education), professors and researchers in the field of digital technology (conducting at least two researches in the field of digital technology) and managers of large sports venues of the country's sports and youth departments (with the capacity is more than 10 thousand people) who are interviewed in a targeted manner and the interview process continues until reaching theoretical saturation (20 people). The research tools included systematic library study and exploratory interview (semi-structured). In order to analyze the findings, a multi-stage conceptual coding method with a systemic analysis approach was used.

Results: Based on the extracted conceptual framework, 8 organizational themes of new technologies, quantum, internet, technologies, DNA data, virtual reality, printing and web programs are the dimensions of the technology field and 3 organizational themes.
