چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر،تدوین مدل مدیریت جامع استعدادیابی فوتبال ایران بود.روش پژوهش آمیخته بود. مرحله کیفی در سه مرحله، مرحله اول،تحلیل محتوای پژوهش های انجام شده درحوزه استعدادیابی، مرحله دوم، مصاحبه نیمه ساختار یافته 15 نفر ازخبرگان ورزشی فدراسیون فوتبال به روش هدفمند تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری و مرحله سوم، با 22نفر از متخصصین فوتبال به روش دلفی انجام گرفت. مرحله کمی پژوهش، با رویکرد پیمایشی انجام و از آمارتوصیفی، برای توصیف متغیرها در جامعه تحقیق استفاده شد.در آمار استنباطی از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری برای سنجش اثر عوامل مختلف کمک گرفته و برای تجزیه تحلیل داده‌‌ها از نرم‌‌افزار Smart PLS3 استفاده شد. سپس مدل6 مرحله ای مدیریت جامع استعدادیابی فوتبال دردور سوم دلفی تایید شدکه کودکان باید از7-4 سالگی ازطریق مربیان پایه واستعدادیابها درمهدها،مدارس و والدین شناسایی و واردعرصه آموزش شده وتا 19-17 سالگی از طریق باشگاه هاو فدراسیون فوتبال به مرحله تکامل و قهرمانی برسند.یافته های بخش کمی نشان داد،کلیه مسیرهای مدل معنادار بوده و برازش مدل ساختاری در سطح قوی تایید شدلذا به مدیران و مسئولان فدراسیون فوتبال توصیه می شود با تدوین نظام جامع و مدون جهت پشتوانه سازی و استعدادپروری به عنوان عوامل حیاتی در پیشرفت فوتبال کشور و پیروی از مدل مذکور توجه نمایند.

چکیده [English]

The present study aimed to development of a comprehensive management model for Iranian football talent identification.The research methodology was mixed.qualitative section in three stages.first stage involved the content analysis of researches on talent identification,second stage was semi-structured interviews with the convenience sampling method until theoretical saturation with 15sports experts of Football Federation.third stage,the delphi approach was conducted with22football experts.quantitative stage of the research was conducted with asurvey approach and descriptive statistics used to describe the variables in the research community.In the inferential statistics,structural equation modelingto measure the effect of various factors,Smart PLS3software was used to analyze the data.In the third roundof Delphi method,the6 -stage Iran football talent comprehensive management model was approved ,children should be identified and entered the field of education from the age of 7-4through basic coaches,talentscouts,parents in kindergartens and schools.And Reach the stage of development and championship of17-19 through the clubs and football federations.The findingsof the quantitative showed that all paths of the model were significant and fit of the structural model was confirmed at a strong level,football federation managers and authorities are recommended to develop a comprehensive system for talent identification management in the country,the formation of scientific committees and talent identification bases in schools and clubs,Training of specialized manpower,Pass the law to protect elite players,provide facilities in training camps,attract active and strong private sector,observing principle of meritocracy in selecting coaches and players for the purpose of supporting and nurturing talent as vital important factors in the development of country's football and following the mentioned model.
