چکیده

مقدمه: مدال‌آور بودن بی‌شک از اصلی‌ترین دستاوردهای شغلی یک ورزشکار است، این اتفاق برای کشوری که ورزشکار به آن تعلق دارد به‌دلیل دیده شدن در دنیا از طریق رسانه‌ها اتفاق می‌افتد، همچنین مدال‌ها باعث ایجاد غرور ملی می‌شود و فضای موفقیت را ایجاد می‌کند، بدین منظور هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل پارادایمی مدال‌آوری ورزشکاران (مطالعۀ موردی: استان مازندران) بود.
روش پژوهش: تحقیق حاضر از نظر هدف، تحقیق اکتشافی و از حیث جهت‌گیری تحقیق بنیادین است؛ برای ساخت مدل مفهومی پژوهش از روش نظریۀ داده‌بنیاد (گرند تئوری) به روش استراوس و کوربین استفاده شد. روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند-گلوله‌برفی و با حجم نمونۀ 13 نفر شامل استادان مدیریت ورزشی، اعضای هیأت رئیسۀ هیأت‌های ورزشی، مربیان، ورزشکاران و کادر تیم‌های ورزشی به اشباع نظری رسید.
یافته‌ها: یافته‌ها نشان داد که بر اساس نتایج تحلیل داده‌های کیفی حاصل از مصاحبه در قالب ابعاد پنج‌گانه شامل عوامل علی (7 مقوله)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (6 مقوله)، عوامل مداخله‌گر (7 مقوله)، راهبردها (6 مقوله) و پیامدها (7 مقوله) با دربرگیری 208 کد باز در امر تداوم مدال‌آوری ورزشکاران شناسایی شد.
نتیجه‌گیری: پیشنهاد می‌شود مسئولان ورزشی، با ارائۀ کانون‌های پرورش جوانان و کمپ‌های آموزشی به تسهیل مسیر استعدادیابی و ایجاد مسیری امن به پرورش ورزشکاران مستعد و افزایش تداوم مدال‌آوری در ورزشکاران کمک کنند.

Designing a Paradigm Model for the Continuity of Athletes Medals (Case Study: Mazandaran Province)

Introduction: Winning a medal is certainly one of the main achievements of an athlete's career, it happens to the country the athlete belongs to because of exposure to the world through the media, also, medals create national pride and create an atmosphere of success, the aim of this research was to design a paradigm model of medal winning athletes.
Methods: The current research is an exploratory research in terms of its purpose and a fundamental research in terms of direction; To build the conceptual model of the research, the foundation data theory method (grand theory) was used by Strauss and Corbin method. Judgmental and Snowball sampling method with a sample size of 13 people including; The professors of sports management, members of the board of directors of sports boards, athletes and staff of sports teams reached theoretical saturation.
Results: The findings showed that based on the results of qualitative data analysis from the interview in the form of 5 dimensions including; Causal factors (7 categories), contextual factors (6 categories), intervening factors (7 categories), strategies (6 categories) and consequences (7 categories) were identified by including 208 open codes in the matter of athletes' medal winning continuity.
Conclusion: Therefore, it is suggested that the sports officials help by providing youth development centers and training camps to facilitate the path of finding talent and create a safe path to develop talented athletes and increase the continuity of medal winning among athletes.
