چکیده
مقدمه: هدف از این پژوهش طراحی مدل بداهه سازی با رویکردی سیستماتیک در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی است.
روش پژوهش: در این راستا، با رویکرد آمیخته اکتشافی، به منظور طراحی مدل از روش فراترکیب و برای آزمون در فدراسیون‌های ورزشی از روش نظرسنجی از خبرگان بهره گرفته شده است. در قدم اول برای بازشناسی مولفه‌های الگو با کلیدواژه‌های مختلف در مهمترین بانک‌های اطلاعات علمی داخلی و خارجی جستجو و تعداد 138 اثر پژوهشی مرتبط در این زمینه شناسائی شدند. در قدم بعد و بر اساس شاخص‌های معین، تعداد 58 اثر علمی که به مطالعه مولفه‌های بداهه‌سازی تصمیمات پرداخته‌اند، انتخاب و یافته‌های کلیدی آن‌ها با روش کدگذاری و تحلیل کیفی و فراترکیب شدند.
یافته‌ها: دستاوردهای حاصل در قالب 3 مولفه و 9 زیر مولفه دسته‌بندی شدند که عبارتند از: (1) مدیریت شکوفایی شامل: تصمیم‌گیری منعطف، بهینه‌سازی تصمیم و اطمینان پذیری، (2) بداهه‌گرایی شامل: هوشمندی، خلاقیت و نوآوری و کشف و بازترکیب فرایندها و ساختارها و (3) مدیریت اضطرار شامل: واکنش اضطراری، مدیریت ریسک و مدیریت بحران. سپس الگوی پیشنهادی پس از تأیید خبرگان در یک چارچوب یکپارچه ارائه شد که در برگیرنده 3 مولفه و زیرمولفه‌های آن‌ها است.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به یافته‌های تحقیق، پیشنهاد می‌شود فدراسیون‌های ورزشی به تمامی ابعاد دخیل در تصمیم‌گیری توجه داشته باشند و راه‌حل‌های مختلف در زمینه بروز مشکلات و مسائل را در نظر داشته باشند تا بتوانند در لحظه، تصمیم درست و اثرگذاری داشته باشند.

Introduction: The purpose of this research is to design an improvisation model with a systematic approach in sports federations.
Research method: In this direction, with a mixed exploratory approach, in order to design the model, the meta- synthesis method was used, and for the test in sports federations, the expert survey method was used. In the first step, in order to identify the components of the pattern, various keywords were searched in the most important domestic and foreign scientific information banks and 138 related research works were identified in this field. In the next step and based on certain indicators, the number of 58 scientific works that have studied the components of improvisation of decisions were selected and their key findings were analyzed by coding and qualitative analysis.
Findings: The achievements were categorized in the form of 3 components and 9 sub-components, which are: (1) prosperity management including: flexible decision making, decision optimization and reliability, (2) improvisation including: intelligence, creativity and innovation and discovery and recombination of processes and structures and (3) emergency management including: emergency response, risk management and crisis management. Then, after experts' approval, the proposed model was presented in an integrated framework that includes 3 components and their sub-components.
Conclusion: According to the findings of the research, it is suggested that sports federations pay attention to all aspects involved in decision-making and consider different solutions in the field of problems and issues so that they can make the right and effective decision at the moment.
