شناسایی راهبردهای توسعه گردشگری ورزش‌های تفریحی و ماجراجویانه در ایران با رویکرد SOAR

چکیده
مقدمه: ایران با داشتن جاذبه‌های طبیعی متعدد، یکی از کشورهای مستعد در جذب گردشگران ورزشی به‌ویژه در حوزة ورزش‌های تفریحی و ماجراجویانه است. ازاین‌رو هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی راهبردهای توسعة گردشگری ورزش‌های تفریحی و ماجراجویانه با رویکرد SOAR بود.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر اکتشافی و روش آن کیفی از نوع تحلیل محتوای عرفی بود. داده‌ها با استفاده از مصاحبه‌های نیمه‌ساختاریافته با 17 نفر از متخصصین و فعالان ورزش‌های تفریحی و ماجراجویانه جمع‌آوری شد که بر اساس نمونه‌گیری هدفمند ملاک‌مدار انتخاب شده بودند. داده‌ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز و محوری تحلیل شدند. اعتبار کدگذاری‌ها نیز با بازبینی و کنترل صحت کدهای استخراج‌شده توسط دو نفر متخصص همکار تأیید شد.
یافته‌ها: بر اساس یافته‌ها مقوله‌های ظرفیت اقلیمی متنوع، ساختار حمایتی و غنای منابع انسانی در تِم اصلی قوت‌ها قرار گرفتند. مقوله‌های محبوبیت و عامه‌پسندی، پشتوانة اجتماعی-فرهنگی، موقعیت منطقه‌ای ایران و مزیت اقتصادی در تِم اصلی فرصت‌ها، مقوله‌های استقبال عمومی، توسعة مالی، گسترش سلامتی و نشاط و توسعة ورزش‌های ماجراجویانه در سطوح قهرمانی در تِم اصلی آرمان‌ها، مقوله‌های توسعة گردشگری ورزشی، اشتغال‌زایی و رونق کسب‌وکارها، بهبود وضعیت سلامت افراد جامعه، توسعة اقتصادی پایدار و نیز توسعة اجتماعی در تِم اصلی نتایج قابل اندازه‌گیری دسته‌بندی شدند.
نتیجه‌گیری: توجه به تحقیق و توسعه، تعاملات درون و برون‌سازمانی، توسعة تبلیغات، الزامات مدیریتی و برنامه‌ریزی، استفاده از بستر رسانه‌ها، آموزش و فرهنگ‌سازی، تخصیص منابع مالی و حمایت اقتصادی، توسعة زیرساخت‌ها و توسعة ایمنی و امنیت راهبردهای اساسی توسعة ظرفیت گردشگری ورزش‌های تفریحی و ماجراجویانه است.

Identifying the Development Strategies of Recreational and Adventure Sports Tourism in Iran with the SOAR Approach

چکیده English

Introduction: Iran, having many natural attractions, is one of the countries capable of attracting sports tourists, especially in the field of recreational and adventure sports. Accordingly, the aim of the current research was to identify the development strategies of recreational and adventure sports tourism in Iran with the SOAR approach.
Methods: The method of current qualitative exploratory research was conventional content analysis. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews with 17 experts and activists of recreational and adventure sports, who were selected based on a purposive sampling. Data were analyzed using open and axial coding. The validity of the codings was confirmed by reviewing and controlling the correctness of the extracted codes by two collaborating experts.
Results: Based on the findings, the components of diverse climatic capacity, supportive structure and richness of human resources were included in the main theme of strengths. The components of popularity, socio-cultural support, regional position of Iran and economic advantage were stand in the main theme of opportunities. Also, public reception, financial development, expansion of health and the vitality and development of adventure sports at championship levels were in the main theme of aspirations, and finaly, the components of sports tourism development, job creation and business prosperity, improving the health status of community members, sustainable economic development and social development were categorized in the main theme of measurable results.
Conclusion: Paying attention to research and development, internal and external interactions, advertising development, management and planning requirements, using the media platform, education and culture, allocation of financial resources and economic support, development of infrastructure and development of safety and security are basic strategies for the development of recreational and adventure sports tourism capacity.
