چکیده

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی و تحلیل استفاده از کمک‌داور ویدئویی در مسابقات فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران با استفاده از آینده‌پژوهی است.

روش پژوهش: نوع تحقیق، کاربردی و ازنظر ماهیت، تحلیلی- اکتشافی است. جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان و اساتید حوزه مدیریت ورزشی که این افراد حداقل یک پژوهش (مقاله پژوهشی، سخنرانی، طرح پژوهشی، تألیف و ترجمه کتاب) در حوزه موضوع پژوهش به چاپ رسانده بودند. همچنین داوران فوتبال و مدیران فدراسیون فوتبال ایران بودند. به‌منظور شناسایی این افراد، از روش نمونهگیری هدفمند استفاده گردید. این نمونه‌گیری تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت و درنهایت تعداد 18 نفر (10 استاد و 8 داور و مدیر) به‌عنوان نمونه مشخص گردیدند. سپس 15 نفر از جامعه آماری بخش قبلی، جهت انجام تحلیل اثرات متقاطع اعلام آمادگی کردند. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل دادهها، از روشهای ترکیبی پنل خبرگان و اثرات متقاطع میکمک استفاده شد.

یافته ها: یافتهها نشان داد که مهم‌ترین پیشرانهای استفاده از کمک‌داور ویدئویی در مسابقات فوتبال لیگ برتر ایران، به ترتیب میزان تأثیرگذاری، عبارت‌اند از: افزایش کمی و کیفی دوربینهای فیلم‌برداری، استاندارد نمودن استادیومها، تجهیز استادیومها و تعیین محل قرارگیری تجهیزات و استفاده از آخرین فناوریها.

نتیجه گیری: به مدیران فدراسیون فوتبال ایران توصیه میشود، به‌منظور استفاده از حداکثر اثرات استفاده از کمک-داور ویدئویی، از نتایج پژوهش حاضر استفاده نمایند.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the use of video referee assistance in Iranian Premier League football matches using futures research.

Methods: The type of research is applied and analytical-exploratory in nature. The statistical population includes experts and professors in the field of sports management who have published at least one research (research article, lecture, research project, author and translation of a book) in the field of research. There were also football referees and managers of the Iranian Football Federation. In order to identify these individuals, purposive sampling method was used. This sampling continued until the theoretical saturation was reached and finally 18 people (10 professors and 8 judges and managers) were identified as the sample. Then, 15 people from the statistical community of the previous section announced their readiness to perform cross-sectional analysis. Combined panel expert methods and Mikmak cross-effects were used to analyze the data.

Results: The results showed that the most important drivers of the use of video referee assistance in Iranian Premier League football matches, in order of effectiveness, are: increasing the quantity and quality of video cameras, standardizing stadiums, equipping stadiums and determining the location of equipment and the use of the latest technologies.

Conclusion: Managers of the Football Federation of Iran are recommended to use the results of the present study in order to maximize the effects of using video referee assistance
