چکیده
پژوهش حاضر باهدف طراحی مدل توسعة شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان ورزشی ایران و تبیین آینده آن مبتنی بر سناریونویسی در دو دهه آینده انجام شد.روش مورداستفاده در ایـن پژوهـش برنامه-ریـزی مبتنی بر سـناریو اسـت که در هشـت گام طراحـی و پیـاده شـده اسـت. روش گـردآوری داده در ایـن پژوهـش کیفـی و بـا اسـتفاده از مصاحبـه، پنـل خبرگـی و پیمایش دلفی اسـت. 20 نفر از دارای دانـش تخصصـی و یـا تجربـه عملـی به‌عنوان اعضای گروه مشارکت‌کننده در پژوهش به‌صورت گلوله‌برفی انتخاب شدند. همچنین، از نرم‌افزارهای میک‌مک و سـناریو ویـزارد بـرای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها استفاده‌شده اسـت.یافته‌هـای ایـن پژوهـش در دو بخـش ارائه‌شده اسـت. بخش اول شـامل شناسـایی و دسـتهبندی مؤلفه‌های کلیـدی، پیش‌ران‌ها و عـدم قطعیتهـای مرتبـط اسـت. پنج پیشـران حمایت از سرمایه‌گذاری داخلی، عرضه محصولات دانش‌بنیان ورزشی در بازار بین‌المللی، ایجاد صندوق‌های حمایت از فناوری ورزشی، توسعه قوانین حفاظت از دارایی‌های فکری و تعیین متولی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیاد ورزشی(پژوهشگاه تربیت‌بدنی)در ایـن بخـش تعیین‌شده و روابـط اثرگـذاری و اثرپذیـری میـان مؤلفه‌ها تحلیل‌شده اسـت. بخش دوم به شناسـایی و توصیف سـناریوهای محتمل و سـازگار بر اساس پیشـران‌ها و عدم قطعیت‌های ذی‌ربط، پرداختـه اسـت. به پژوهشگاه تربیت‌بدنی پیشنهاد می‌شود به‌عنوان متولی شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان ورزشی وارد عمل شوند و شرایط را برای توسعه شرکت‌های دانش‌بنیان ورزشی در کشور مهیا نمایند.

چکیده [English]
The present study was conducted to design a model for the development of Iranian sports knowledge-based companies and to explain its future based on scenario writing in the next two decades. The method used in this research is scenario-based planning, which is designed and implemented in eight steps. The method of data collection in this qualitative research and using interviews is the news panel and Delphi survey. Twenty people with specialized knowledge or practical experience were selected as members of the group participating in the research by snowball. Also, Micmac software and script wizard have been used to analyze the data. The findings of this study are presented in two parts. The first part includes identifying and classifying key components, drivers, and uncertainty. The five drivers of domestic investment support, the supply of sports knowledge-based products in the international market, the establishment of sports technology support funds, the development of intellectual property protection laws, and the appointment of trustees of knowledge-based sports companies (such as the Physical Education Research Institute) in this sector. Determined and the relationships of effectiveness and effectiveness between the components are analyzed. The second part identifies and describes possible and compatible scenarios based on related drivers and uncertainties.
