چکیده
رویدادهای ورزش دانش‌آموزی به عنوان یکی از ارکان اصلی ورزش تربیتی، دارای اهمیت بسیاری است. از این‌رو، هدف از پژوهش حاضر طراحی مدل توسعه راهبردهای پایدار برای رویدادهای ورزش دانش‌آموزی مبتنی بر برنامه‌ریزی سناریو می‌باشد. این تحقیق به لحاظ هدف از نوع تحقیقات کاربردی و به لحاظ روش اجرا پیمایشی است. جامعه آماری تحقیق در بخش کیفی شامل مدیران ورزش دانش‌آموزی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش، مدیران فدراسیون ورزش دانش‌آموزی، اساتید مدیریت ورزشی باسابقه پژوهش در ورزش دانش‌آموزی و مسئولان تربیت‌بدنی وزارت آموزش‌وپرورش می‌باشند(15 نفر) که به روش گلوله برفی تا مرز اشباع بررسی شد. مبنای این پژوهش بر اساس سناریو نگاری شوارتز (2006) بوده و دارای گام‌های شناخت موضوع و تصمیم اصلی، فهرست عوامل کلیدی، شناسایی نیروهای پیشران، طبقه‌بندی بر اساس اهمیت و عدم قطعیت، انتخاب منطق سناریوها، پربار کردن سناریوها و مضامین و اثرات سناریوها می‌باشد. یافته‌ها نشان داد چهار قلمرو سناریویی بر مبنای حمایت حامیان مالی در مقابل عدم‌حمایت و تجهیزات و عدم وجود تجهیزات وجود دارد. بر این اساس می‌توان نتیجه گرفت توسعه قوانین حمایتی از حامیان مالی و جذب حامیان مالی با کمک سازمان‌های مربوطه و اولیا و همچنین بهبود ساختار ورزش دانش‌آموزی در حوزه سازمان و تجهیزات می‌توان زمینه برگزاری بهتر رویدادهای ورزش دانش‌آموزی را فراهم نمود.

T Student sports events are very important as one of the main pillars of educational sports, Therefore the present study was conducted with the aim of sustainable strategies for student sports events based on scenario planning. This research is an applied research in terms of purpose and survey in terms of implementation method. The statistical population of the research in the qualitative section includes the directors of student sports of the Ministry of Education, the directors of the Student Sports Federation, professors of sports management with research experience in student sports and the officials of physical education of the Ministry of Education(15 people). The basis of this research is based on Schwartz (2006) screenwriting and has steps to identify the main issue and decision, list of key factors, identify driving forces, classify based on importance and uncertainty, select the logic of scenarios, enrich scenarios and themes and effects.
