چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر ارائة الگویی به‌منظور ارزیابی عملکرد سازمان‌های ورزشی با رویکرد کارت امتیای متوازن (BSC) و تاپسیس (Topsis) بود. جامعة‌آماری این پژوهش، کلیة کارکنان ادارة کل تربیت بدنی استان یزد و مربیان و ورزشکاران این استان بودند که 119 نفر با استفاده از فرمول تعیین حجم نمونه برای جامعة نامحدود به‌عنوان نمونة آماری پژوهش مدنظر قرار گرفتند. به‌منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌های پژوهش از پرسشنامة محقق‌ساخته استفاده شد که پس از تأیید روایی صوری آن توسط صاحب‌نظران، پایایی آن نیز در یک مطالعة راهنما (90/0 =? ) تأیید شد. روایی سازة ابزار سنجش نیز با روش تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی بررسی شد. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از‌ آمار توصیفی شامل شاخص‌های گرایش مرکزی و شاخص‌های پراکندگی و آمار استنباطی شامل آزمون t تک‌نمونه‌ای، ANOVA یکطرفه، تحلیل واریانس رتبه‌ای کروسکال والیس و تکنیک تاپسیس فازی استفاده شد. یافته‌ها نشان داد که ادارة کل تربیت بدنی استان یزد در دو منظر فرایندهای داخلی و رشد و یادگیری عملکرد مطلوب داشته و در دو منظر مشتری و مالی (مناظر BSC) عملکرد مطلوبی نداشته است. همچنین تکنیک تاپسیس فازی اولویت 37 شاخص را به تفکیک چهار منظر مذکور نشان داد.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this research was to present a model to assess the performance of sports organizations with balance scorecard (BSC) and Topsis. The population involved all employees of physical education general department of Yazd province as well as the coaches and athletes of this province and 119 subjects were selected as the sample using sample size formula. A researcher–made questionnaire was used to collect data; the face validity of the questionnaire was approved by experts, construct validity was investigated by exploratory factor analysis and the reliability was determined in a pilot study as (?=0.90). For data analysis, the descriptive statistics (measure of central tendency, measure of variability) and inferential statistics (one–sample t test, one–way ANOVA, Kruskal Wallis test and Fuzzy Topsis) were used. The results indicated that physical education general department of Yazd province had a desirable performance from two perspectives of internal processes and learning and growth and did not have a desirable performance from two perspectives of customer and finance (BSC perspectives). Also, the Fuzzy Topsis method indicated the priority of the 37 indexes on the basis of the four above mentioned perspectives
