چکیده

هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطه بین طرحواره‌های اخلاقی با رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی مبتنی‌بر نیاز است. روش تحقیق از نوع توصیفی – همبستگی است که به شیوة میدانی انجام گرفت. به این منظور از بین کشتی‌گیران استان گلستان 341 نفر
به‌صورت خوشه‌ای برای پاسخگویی به پرسشنامه‌های آزمون تبیین مسائل (Dit2) رست و همکاران و مقیاس عدالت اجتماعی مبتنی‌بر نیاز راسینسکی انتخاب شدند. پایایی پرسشنامه‌ها با استفاده از ضریب آلفای کرونباخ نمونة مقدماتی به‌ترتیب برابر 87/0 و 80/0 ارزیابی شد. تجزیه‌وتحلیل اطلاعات با استفاده از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و تحلیل رگرسیون گام به گام انجام گرفت. یافته‌ها حاکی از آن بود که بین طرحواره‌های اخلاقی نفع شخصی و تفکر پس عرفی با رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی مبتنی‌بر نیاز رابطة معنادار وجود دارد، ولی رابطة معناداری بین طرحوارة پاسداشت هنجارها و رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی مبتنی بر نیاز مشاهده نشد (05/0 P<). نتایج حاصل از تحلیل رگرسیونی نشان داد که از بین طرحواره‌های اخلاقی طرحوارة نفع شخصی و طرحوارة تفکر پس عرفی رویکرد عدالت اجتماعی مبتنی‌بر نیاز را بهتر پیش‌بینی می‌کند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between moral schemas and needs-based social justice approach. The research methodology was correlation descriptive that was performed in field approach. A cluster sample of 341 wrestlers from Golestan (Iran) province completed the two research questionnaires: Rest et al. Defining Issues Test (DIT2) and Rusinski needs-based social justice scale. Their reliabilities were measured in a pilot study by Cronbach alpha as (r=0.87), (r=0.80) respectively. The data were analyzed by Pearson correlation coefficient and step by step regression analysis. The results indicated a significant relationship between self–interest schema and post–conventional thinking schema with needs-based social justice approach but there was no significant relationship between maintaining norms schema with needs-based social justice approach (P<0.05). The results of regression model showed that self–interest schema and post–conventional thinking schema were better predicators of needs-based social justice.
