چکیده

امروزه دلیل جذابیت بیشتر ورزش‌ها این است که نمی‌توان نتایج مسابقات آنها را به‌طور کامل پیش‌بینی کرد. هرچه قدرت رقابتی تیم‌هایی که لیگ را می‌سازند بیشتر باشد. پیش‌بینی مسابقات سخت‌تر می‌شود و در نتیجه آن لیگ جذاب‌تر خواهد شد. هدف از این تحقیق، بررسی تعادل رقابتی لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران از سال 134 تا 1389 است. داده‌های این تحقیق ثانویه بوده و از جداول پایانی سال‌های مربوط به‌دست آمده است. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از شاخص نسبت تمرکز (C5) و شاخص تعادل رقابتی C5 (C5ICB) استفاده شد. هرچه مقدار این شاخص‌ها کمتر باشد، یعنی تعادل لیگ بیشتر است و برعکس. به‌منظور درک راحت‌تر یافته‌های نتایج تحقیق به‌صورت میانگین پنج‌ساله نشان داده شد و نتایج زیر به‌دست آمد. میانگین پنج سالة اول (1378 – 1374) 128، میانگین پنج سالة دوم (1383 – 1379) 131 و میانگین پنج سالة سوم (1389 – 1384) 60، 129. بنابراین لیگ برتر فوتبال ایران در سال‌های 1374 تا 1378 تعادل بیشتر و در سال‌های 1379 تا 1383 تعادل کمتری داشته است. به‌نظر می‌رسد فوتبال در ایران به‌صورت متعادل‌تری دنبال می‌شود و از حالت سنتی و دوقطبی خود در تهران خارج شده و در بقیة نقاط کشور هم در حال پیشرفت است

The Trend of Competitive Balance in Iran Football Premier League (1995 – 2010)

Most sports are attractive because they are almost unpredictable today. The more the competitiveness of league teams, the harder to predict the games and as a result that league will be more attractive. The aim of this study was to investigate competitive balance in Iran football premier league (1995 – 2010). The data were secondary and collected from the final tables of Iran premier league in respective seasons. The five – club concentration ratio (C5) and C5 index of competitive balance (C5ICB) were used to analyze the data. The lower C5ICB and C5 were, the more competitive balance was and vice versa. In order to understand the findings more comprehensively, the results of the research were presented in average of 5 years as follows; average 1st five years: 128, average 2nd five years: 131, average 3rd five years: 129. So, Iran premier league had higher balance during 1995-2000 and lower balance during 2000 – 2005. It seems that football is more balanced in Iran; traditional-oriented condition is vanished in Tehran and is developing all over the country.
