چکیده
مقدمه: یکی از مراحل کلیدی رشد فوتبالیستهای جوان، انتقال از سطوح پایه به تیمهای بزرگسال و نخبگی است. اگرچه برخی بازیکنان موفق به حضور در تیمهای اول میشوند، تنها تعداد کمی به بازیکنان اصلی تبدیل میگردند، که نشاندهنده دشواری و پیچیدگی این مسیر است. لذا هدف این پژوهش واکاوی چالشهای انتقال بازیکنان فوتبال از سطح پایه به نخبگی از دیدگاه مربیان است.
روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق این پژوهش کیفی است و مشارکتکنندگان در این پژوهش به صورت هدفمند، با استفاده از نمونهگیری گلوله برفی انتخاب شدند. در نهایت، ۱۳ مربی فوتبال پایه به عنوان نمونه تحقیق انتخاب شدند. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها مصاحبه بود؛ هفت مصاحبه به صورت حضوری و شش مصاحبه به صورت تلفنی انجام گرفت. مصاحبهها به صورت نیمهساختاریافته انجام شد تا همه شرکتکنندگان بتوانند تجربیات غنی و با جزئیات خود را در اختیار مصاحبهگر قرار دهند.
یافته ها: پس از مرور مصاحبهها، تجزیه و تحلیل آنها انجام شد. پس از کدگذاری اولیه، کدهای مشابه در مقولات فرعی طبقه بندی شد و در نهایت از کنار هم قرار گرفتن مقولات فرعی، تمهای اصلی شامل ویژگیهای فردی، ویزگیهای بین فردی، عوامل فنی، ساختاری و چالشهای سیاستی تشکیل شد.
نتیجه گیری: نتایج نشان میدهد که موفقیت در گذر از این مرحله به عوامل متعددی وابسته است و باید به همه این ابعاد توجه ویژهای داشت. این مطالعه اهمیت شناخت دقیق موانع و حمایتهای لازم در مسیر رشد فوتبالیستهای جوان را نشان میدهد تا فرآیند انتقال به سطوح نخبگی و حرفهای بهتر مدیریت شود.

A Qualitative Study of the Challenges in Transitioning Football Players from Grassroots to Elite Level: Coaches’ Experiences

Introduction: One of the key stages in the development of young footballers is the transition from grassroots levels to senior and elite teams. Although some players manage to join first teams, only a few become key players, highlighting the difficulties and complexities of this pathway. Therefore, the aim of this study is to explore the challenges faced by football players transitioning from grassroots to elite levels from the perspective of coaches.
Methods: This research employs a qualitative methodology, with participants selected purposefully using snowball sampling. Ultimately, 13 grassroots football coaches were chosen as the research sample. Data collection was conducted through interviews; seven interviews were held in person and six were conducted via telephone. The interviews were semi-structured to allow all participants to share their rich and detailed experiences with the interviewer. Given the advantages of thematic analysis, such as flexibility, the ability to summarize large volumes of data, and assistance in policy development analysis, the researchers utilized thematic analysis for data interpretation.
Results: Following the review of the interviews, an analysis was conducted. After initial coding, similar codes were categorized into sub-themes, and ultimately, the combination of these sub-themes formed the main themes, which included individual characteristics, interpersonal attributes, technical factors, structural elements, and policy challenges.
Conclusion: The results indicate that success in navigating this stage depends on multiple factors, and special attention must be given to all these dimensions.
