چکیده

مقدمه: توسعه زیرساخت‌های ورزشی نقش مهمی در ارتقای ورزش کشور دارد. نظربه محدودیت‌های اقتصادی دولت، استفاده از ظرفیت خیرین می‌تواند منابع مالی لازم را تأمین و روند توسعه را تسریع کند. لذا هدف پژوهش حاضر شناسایی مدل پارادایمی استفاده از ظرفیت خیرین در توسعه زیرساخت‌های ورزشی کشور است.

روش پژوهش: ماهیت پژوهش حاضر بنیادی است که به‌صورت کیفی و بر اساس نظریه داده‌بنیاد با رویکرد اشتراوس و کوربین انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل متخصصان، مدیران ورزشی و خیرین فعال در این حوزه بود. نمونه‌گیری به روش هدفمند و گلوله برفی صورت گرفت و با ۲۳ مصاحبه به اشباع نظری رسید. داده‌ها از طریق مصاحبه نیمه‌ساختاریافته گردآوری و با استفاده از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی تحلیل شد. برای روایی و پایایی از مقبولیت، قابلیت انتقال، تأییدپذیری و باز آزمون استفاده شد.

یافته‌ها: در مصاحبه با نمونه‌ها 158 کد باز به دست آمد که در 5 مقوله شرایط علی (عوامل درونی، عوامل بیرونی)، عوامل زمینه‌ای (زمینه‌ها و عوامل محیطی تأثیرگذار، چارچوب‌های نهادی و ساختاری)، عوامل مداخله‌گر (عوامل سازمانی، محدودیت‌های خیرین)، راهبردها (راهبردهای تعاملی، راهبردهای حمایتی، راهبردهای فرهنگی و ترویجی، راهبردهای عملیاتی و هدایتی) و پیامدها (توسعه اقتصادی، توسعه اجتماعی، توسعه سلامت، توسعه ورزش) دسته‌بندی شدند.

نتیجه گیری: یافته‌ها نشان داد مشارکت خیرین در توسعه زیرساخت‌های ورزشی تحت تأثیر عوامل فردی، زمینه‌ای و سازمانی قرار دارد و از طریق راهبردهای مختلف به پیامدهای اقتصادی، اجتماعی، سلامت و ورزشی منجر می‌شود. دستاورد اصلی پژوهش، ارائه الگویی جامع و بومی برای بهره‌گیری از ظرفیت خیرین است که خلأ موجود در ادبیات را جبران می‌کند.

Introduction: The development of sports infrastructure plays a crucial role in enhancing the country’s sporting capabilities. Considering the government’s economic constraints, harnessing donor support can provide essential financial resources and expedite the development process. Accordingly, this study aims to identify a paradigmatic model for leveraging donor capacity in the development of sports infrastructure in the country.

Methods: This fundamental study adopts a qualitative approach, employing Strauss and Corbin’s grounded theory methodology. The research population included sports experts, managers, and donors active in the sports sector. Participants were selected through purposive and snowball sampling, with theoretical saturation reached after 23 interviews. Data were collected using semi-structured interviews and analyzed through open, axial, and selective coding. The validity and reliability of the study were assessed using credibility, transferability, confirmability, and test-retest methods

Results Analysis of the interviews yielded 158 open codes, which were organized into five main categories: causal conditions (internal and external factors), contextual factors (environmental and institutional frameworks), intervening factors (organizational factors and donor limitations), strategies (interactive, supportive, cultural/promotional, and operational/guiding strategies), and outcomes (economic, social, health, and sports development).

Conclusion: The findings indicate that donor participation in sports infrastructure development is influenced by individual, contextual, and organizational factors. Through the implementation of various strategies, such participation can lead to significant economic, social, health, and sporting outcomes. The primary contribution of this study is the development of a comprehensive, context-specific model for leveraging donor capacity, addressing a notable gap in the existing literature.
