چکیده

مقدمه: هدف از تحقیق حاضر، ارائه مدل بهینه‌سازی مسیر توسعه حرفه‌ای داوران فوتبال از استعدادیابی تا کسب جایگاه بین‌المللی بود.

روش پژوهش: روش تحقیق حاضر، با رویکرد کیفی به روش داده بنیاد (مدل سیستماتیک اشتراوس و کوربین) است که ازنظر هدف بنیادی و ازنظر جمع‌آوری داده‌ها به‌صورت میدانی انجام گرفت. جامعه آماری تحقیق حاضر، شامل نخبگان دانشگاهی و صاحب‌نظران و نخبگان حوزه داوری فوتبال، داوران ملی و درجه 1 فوتبال و اعضای کمیته داوران فدراسیون فوتبال که به روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند انتخاب‌شده‌اند (20 نفر). تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها جهت کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی از رویکرد کیفی گراندد تئوری استفاده شد و با تحلیل مصاحبه‌ها، کدگذاری باز انجام گرفت.

یافته ها: الگوی بهینه‌سازی مسیر توسعه حرفه‌ای داوران فوتبال از استعدادیابی تا کسب جایگاه بین‌المللی، متأثر از شرایط علی (مدیریتی و آموزشی) است و با در نظر گرفتن راهبردهای استخراجی (انگیزاننده، فرهنگ‌سازی، تجهیزات و امکانات و آموزش داوران) که متأثر از شرایط زمینه‌ای (زیرساخت‌ها، قوانین و مقررات و جایگاه داوری) و شرایط مداخله‌گر (اقتصادی، مشکلات داوری، استعدادیابی، رسانه‌ای و بین‌المللی) می‌باشد، می‌توان شاهد ظهور پیامدهای داخلی و خارجی بود.

نتیجه گیری: به‌طورکلی توسعه حرفه‌ای داوران فوتبال می‌تواند به توسعه کلی فوتبال و ورزش کمک کند. داوری باکیفیت بالا می‌تواند به ارتقاء سطح بازی‌ها و جذب بیشتر تماشاگران و سرمایه‌گذاران منجر شود.

چکیده [English]

Introduction: The aim of this study is to present an optimization model for the professional development path of football referees from talent identification to achieving international status.

Methods: The present research adopts a qualitative approach using the grounded theory method (Strauss and Corbin's systematic model), and it is fundamental in nature, with data collection conducted through fieldwork. The statistical population includes academic elites, experts, and elites in the field of football refereeing, national and top-tier football referees, and members of the Football Federation's refereeing committee, selected through purposive sampling (20 individuals). Data analysis for open, axial, and selective coding was conducted using the grounded theory approach, and open coding was performed by analyzing interviews.

Results The optimization model for the professional development path of football referees from talent identification to achieving international status is influenced by causal conditions (managerial and educational). Considering extracted strategies (motivation, cultural development, equipment and facilities, and referee training) influenced by contextual conditions (infrastructure, laws and regulations, and the status of refereeing) and intervening conditions (economic, refereeing challenges, talent identification, media, and international factors), one can witness the emergence of internal and external outcomes.

Conclusion: Overall, the professional development of football referees can contribute to the overall development of football and sports. High-quality refereeing can enhance the level of games and attract more spectators and investors.
