چکیده

پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناخت عوامل موثر در توسعه و پیشرفت ورزش کاراته، به انجام رسید. پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بود که به صورت میدانی به انجام رسید. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از مصاحبه‌های عمیق و نیمه ساختار استفاده شد. جامعه آماری این پژوهش را صاحب‌نظران این رشته ورزشی از جمله مسئولین، مربیان، داوران و ورزشکاران نخبه و دارندگان مدال‌های بین‌المللی از کشورهای منتخب تشکیل داده بودند که تجربه حضور در مسابقات و کسب کرسی‌های بین المللی را داشتند. روش نمونه‌گیری به صورت هدفمند بود. برای جمع‌آوری داده‌ها با 24 نفر از متخصصان رشته کاراته که از کشورهای منتخب بودند مصاحبه به عمل آمد. انجام مصاحبه‌ها تا رسیدن به اشباع نظری ادامه یافت. تحلیل داده‌های حاصل از مصاحبه‏ها با استفاده از کدگذاری باز و محوری به انجام رسید. براساس نتایج به دست آمده از پژوهش، عوامل موثر بر توسعه و پیشرفت ورزش کاراته از نظر صاحب‌نظران در سطح بین المللی شامل 10 مولفه بوده است که عبارتند از: حاکمیت، مدیریت، منابع مالی، نیروی انسانی، قوانین و مقررات، استعدادیابی، زیرساخت ها، نگرش اجتماعی، انگیزش و جذابیت، بازاریابی و رسانه. با توجه به نتایج به نظر می رسد که توجه به این عوامل می‌تواند به پیشرفت و توسعه این رشته ورزشی کمک کند.

چکیده [English]

In this study, researchers tried to identify the factors affecting the development of karate by benefiting from the experiences of karate athletes who have a history of participating in competitions and winning international seats. To identify the factors influencing on karate development, the current study attempted to identify of factors at international level. The statistical population of this research is comprised of experts in this field including officials, referees, coaches and elite athletes and international medalists from the United Kingdom, Belgium, Finland, Azerbaijan, Macao, Hong Kong, South Korea as well as Iran. They all have experienced international championship and obtained seats in the competitions, 24 seats. The statistical sample was selected from the authorities, referees, coaches and elite athletes of the selected countries. The present study is a qualitative research and used in-depth, open and semi-structured interviews to collect data. In fact, interviews were then analyzed using open, axial, and selective coding and were investigated by content analysis method, using of MAXQDA 2018 software .Based on the findings, the factors influencing karate development were identified by the selected experts, and the research model was presented including 10 components: Governance, Management, Funders, Human Resource, Terms and Regulations, Talent spotting, Infrastructures, Social attitudes, Motivation and attraction, Marketing and media. Therefore, paying attention to these factors can help the growth and development of karate in the world.
