چکیده

مقدمه: . با این حال، اطلاعات کمی در مورد نگرش و پذیرش عمومی نسبت به سیاست‌های ورزشی نخبگان وجود دارد. براین اساس، هدف این مطالعه بررسی عوامل کلیدی مؤثر بر پذیرش عمومی سیاست‌های ورزش نخبگانی است.

روش پژوهش: به منظور پرداختن به زمینه ها و عوامل کلیدی مؤثر در پذیرش عمومی سیاست‌های ورزش نخبگانی، از رویکرد مرور سیستماتیک استفاده شد. نمونة پژوهش، شامل اسناد و مقالات لاتین منتشر شده در بازة زمانی 2023-2015 بود. این مقالات از منابع اطلاعاتی معتبر مانند , PubMed, Web of Science , Google Scholar Taylor Francis استخراج شدند. پس از فرآیند تعدیل مطالعات متناسب با معیارهای ورود و خروج، تعداد 24 سند به عنوان نمونه، مورد تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای بهبود و شفافیت گزارش و ارتقای کیفیت شواهد از راهنمایی گزارش دهی (eMERGE) و ابزار کیفیت بخشی واش و دوون (2006) که برای ارزیابی عینی از کیفیت مطالعات طراحی شده است استفاده شد. این رویکرد تحقیقی، امکان فراهم آوردن دیدگاهی جامع و عمیق از عوامل کلیدی مؤثر در پذیرش عمومی سیاست‌های ورزش نخبگانی را فراهم ساخت.

یافته‌ها: تحیل مضمون استقرایی اسناد، 3 خوشه کلیدی یعنی دستاوردهای اجتماعی، ریسک‌های اجتماعی و کیفیت ارتباط را (به همراه 19 مضمون ثانویه) به عنوان زمینه‌های فراگیر و مبنایی در پذیرش عمومی سیاست‌های اجتماعی ورزش نخبگانی شناسایی کرد.

نتیجه گیری: به منظور پیاده سازی سیاست‌های مرتبط با ورزش نخبگانی، دانش لازم از زمینه‌های پذیرش عمومی آن می‌تواند گامی مفید در اعمال موفقیت آمیز سیاست‌های ورزش نخبگانی از سوی حاکمیت باشد.

Introduction: With the ongoing increase in public investment in elite sports, the significance of public acceptance cannot be overlooked. However, there is limited information on public attitudes and acceptance of elite sports policies. The purpose of this study is to investigate the key factors affecting the public acceptance of elite sports policies.

Method: The research sample included Latin documents and articles published in the period of 2015-2023. These articles were extracted from reliable information sources such as PubMed, Web of Science, Google Scholar, Taylor Francis. After the process of adjusting the studies according to the entry and exit criteria, 24 documents were analyzed as a sample. To improve the transparency of the report and improve the quality of the evidence, the reporting guide (eMERGE) and the partial quality tool of Wash and Devon (2006), which is designed to objectively evaluate the quality of the studies, were used. This research approach made it possible to provide a comprehensive and deep view of the key factors effecting in the general acceptance of elite sports policies.

Results: Analyzing the themes of the documents identified 3 key clusters, i.e. social achievements, social risks, and quality of communication (along with 19 secondary themes) as comprehensive fields and a basis for public acceptance of elite sports social policies.

Conclusion: In order to implement policies related to elite sports, the necessary knowledge of its general acceptance fields can be a useful step in the successful implementation of elite sports policies by the government.
