The purpose of this research was to design a sustainable safety management development model in school sports.

Based on the purpose, this research was of the applied research type and was based on the collection of qualitative-exploratory information, which was carried out with the Strauss and Corbin approach. The statistical population was all the professors and specialists active in the field of sports management and student sports in Iran, and the theoretical purposeful sampling method with the snowball technique (14 people) and based on the theoretical saturation criterion was used. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview. The collected data were analyzed using open, axial and selective coding and the final pattern was extracted.

Based on the results obtained from 220 concepts and 27 categories of causal factors, in the categories of foresight and foresight, talent search, environmental risks and environmental dos and don'ts; background conditions in teaching and learning sports and environment, promoting sustainability through sports, legal and administrative infrastructures and financial management and economic security; Intervening factors in the two dimensions of barriers and facilitators; Strategies in factors such as evaluation of sustainable safety efficiency, social security, promotion of environmental safety culture, management of health and nutrition safety, educational and research effectiveness, formulation of criteria and criteria based on sustainability, pathology of safety and event security, intelligentization of sports facilities management have been evaluated the consequences were also determined
