Identifying the Drivers of Financial Technology Development in Iran's Sportswear Field

Abstract
Introduction: The current research was carried out with the aim of Identifying the drivers of financial technology development in Iran's sportswear field.
Methods: The research method was of a mixed type (qualitative-quantitative) and the qualitative part was done in the form of theme analysis. The statistical population of the research includes knowledgeable professors in the field of fintechs, producers and supporters of fintech programs and fields of information technology, software, financial management and sports management; There were people with a history of working in the field of fintechs (with more than 5 years of work experience) as well as researchers in the field of fintechs who had at least 3 researches in this regard. In order to analyze the data, coding and structural equation method were used. The whole process of data analysis was done in SPSS, PLS and Maxqda software.
Results: According to the results of the qualitative part of the research, it was determined that the drivers of the development of fintechs in the field of sportswear in Iran include 15 drivers. Also, the results of the research showed that the drivers for the development of new technologies, financial flexibility and government support laws for fintechs, financial flow and international cooperation were identified as causal drivers.
Conclusion: In other words, this problem shows the importance of paying attention to the drivers of the development of new technologies, financial flexibilityand government support laws for fintechs, financial flow and international cooperation as causal drivers.
